Is Reagan wildly overrated by conservatives? Yes. Did a lot of bad policy get passed under his presidency? Yes. But most of his failures were caused by Democrats in congress and poor health near the end of his tenure. He is far from even the top ten worst presidents. Johnson (x2), Wilson, FDR, Carter, Obama, Biden were all miles worse than Reagan.
