I have left Reform UK, and joined Restore Britain. Reform as a party is slowly morphing into a carbon copy of the failed Conservative Party. Failed liberal cabinet ministers like Robert Jenrick, Nadine Dorries and Nadhim Zahawi are welcomed with open arms while true conservatives like Rupert Lowe are expelled for their views. Their u-turns on policy, including on welfare and on immigration, leave them unable to be trusted. Restore has grown exponentially, shown true integrity and leadership, and have a serious chance at the next election.

 Hospitals fed fetal remains into mixed clinical waste incinerators (plastics, paper, textiles, other organics… all high-calorific-value fuels). The plant runs hot continuously and recovers net energy as heat/electricity for the hospital. Adding small amounts of biological waste contributes its calorific value to the total output. It's not "requiring extra fuel overall,” the system is designed as a net energy producer. Clinical/medical waste routinely has a positive calorific value and is classified as fuel in waste-to-energy engineering. Bodies aren't "bad fuel" in the sense of zero or negative value, they have real combustible energy from non-bone parts. The "net negative" only holds for burning one wet body in isolation with no other waste.
