Chatunga Mugabe, however, pleaded guilty to lesser charges of pointing a firearm and contravening the country’s immigration laws. His lawyers told the court that they are willing to pay a fine and are asking for suspended sentences for both. Mugabe has also indicated that he is willing to cover the costs of his own deportation to Zimbabwe.
