@pathof_dreams I found your point insightful. My takeaways being: recognize that there are humans on other end of your content and maybe there are pitfalls to taking the ‘niche down’ mentality too far
English

Important to remember that you can't be dropping singularly "organic direct-response" style content on all platforms
Customers aren't one-dimensional robots that only consume content about a specific niche (nor should you want them to be)
This is why whenever you see one of those accounts where their acct looks more like a landing page than it does an actual human being, you "assign" that person as a tool that handles a given task in your own mind...
Thereby decreasing the respect you'd have for that person in any other facet other than "their task"
And when they do eventually realize this and start talking about anything else (to actually start giving themselves more depth)
Your Spidey Senses start tingling as you assume that, in some way, the only reason they're putting out the newer style content you're now consuming is still somehow correlated to monetizing you...but without being forthright abt it and you don't know if you can trust it.
You want a story to be unfolding in front of your viewers eyes from start to finish in order to achieve an even greater level of buy-in and comfortability as to who you are (plus you make some really good friends along the way)
Think about it like this:
You have 2 service providers with the same offer, results, testimonials and content...
Both service providers post at the exact same level of consistency and about the same topics...but service provider #2 injects a bit of lifestyle content additional to his area of expertise content.
And because of this, you know that service provider #2 has a wife, 2 dogs, drives an S7, lives in Southern California, visits family in Europe 1-2 times/yr, likes having steak cookouts a couple times per week, smokes American Spirits and has played the guitar for nearly a decade.
Who do you trust more?
The guy who's completely one dimensional and you only understand him as a tool for X task?
Or the guy who has demonstrated he has the same level of expertise...BUT because there are multiple levels of relation and similarity to your own life...you feel he has a similar psychic architecture to your own and therefore his decision making patterns are likely similar to yours as well
(The Chad epigenetic memory trust establisher)
The observation that I'm trying to make is that when people feel they understand you from a myriad of angles and have the opportunity to become entrenched in your story...
That's when you're no longer considered low frame, just a tool for a task, just a gear in a machine...to an actual person that others want to work with and buy from so they can absorb your lifestyle, positivity and routine successful outcomes through osmosis.
In summary, these are SOCIAL media platforms...
The market is shifting from people buying from stiff, one-dimensional & soulless firms to energetic communities and thought leaders that share similar value hierarchies to their own
So capitalize on it 🥂

@rpominov @Aella_Girl I dunno. That Pareto distribution has natural allure
English

@Aella_Girl I wonder whether this'll work just as well with other ratios
English

@pathof_dreams And/or also take a page from @JamesClear’s book and turn the tedious, high ROI items into smaller, lower friction habits

@jthomas__ If someone made a video called “if you’re Thomas Frank, watch this”, it’d get 100% CTR from me. Probably 100% AVD too.
But people not named Thomas Frank probably won’t click

@elonmusk @skorusARK @AndrewYang is right about UBI, at some point it will have to be done (and we'll have the abundance to do it)

It wouldn't surprise me if Amazon added more robots than people at some point within the next few years.

The robotics inflection is quite evident reading through Amazon’s robotics posts from just the past few months. aboutamazon.com/new/transporta… aboutamazon.com/news/operation… aboutamazon.com/news/operation…

@GrrrantFaulkner @Gen_Napster Seems like if you want to grow your audience on twitter, you’ll have to pay 💰. Otherwise, you’ll have to draw your audience in from your platform or domain of expertise.
These days, to see any growth, the algorithms require you focus on one platform and subject at a time 😕

@joe_portsmouth Following you because of this thread.
You cover so many different use cases for ChatGPT. It seems like a smart starting point for the uninitiated (like me)

Have you ever seen @HHillierSmith roast an edit for a popular YT creator?
It’s a masterclass.
He may have a direct hand in how you view consume and judge popular media.
