Jen is pushing hard through the NE shipping lane. She’s made phenomenal progress after the first few hours of chop took their toll and the nausea set in. Rewrote the nutrition plan, got wet for an hour, steadied the ship and cracked on @RedTopSwim @CSAswimmers
