It’s still unbelievable for me to write this, but Miss E passed away this morning. Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown her (and me) over the years. It matters more than you know.

Miss E shared this on her Facebook page tonight, so I’ll share it with you too: “Trying to get all my goodbyes said. Knitting the bind off and border of a baby blanket. Finishing a book. Making sure the husband has all the passwords for all the things. You can get ready to die but are you ever really ready? Probably not.” I know many of you have never met her in person but have been touched by her all the same. Feel free to send her your love in the replies and I’ll share them with her in the morning.

Play The Long Game President Trump By, Chris Rossini (@chrisrossini) It’s easy to gain weight, but difficult to lose weight. It’s easy to rack up debt, but difficult to pay it off. So it is with freedom. It’s easy to let freedom slip away, but very difficult to get it back. As relieving as it is to see the election results and the overwhelming support for President Trump to change the direction of our nation, we must resist the temptation of believing that this will be easy. It will not. Once the celebrations subside, the reality of 100+ years of damage will be there waiting for us. The resistance to change (even if it’s for the better) will be intense. Human nature is such that we seek to maintain the status quo, even if the status quo is detrimental and destroying us. Fortunately, this goes both ways. If the status quo is to vigilantly guard your faith, family and freedom (as it was in the early years of America’s history) then tyranny has a very difficult time gaining a foothold. But alas, the second 100 years of America’s history have been the opposite of the first. Faith was kicked to the curb, the family was virtually destroyed, and Americans continually succumbed to the seductions of the state. Today, we have the biggest government in the history of the world; and as a consequence, the "land of the free" has become a distant memory. Addiction to government replaced the love of freedom. Being a busybody replaced 'live and let live'. The world's tapestry of nations and cultures was replaced by endless wars and a drive for global conformity. Predictably, this has morally and economically bankrupted America. Other nations no longer seek to replicate us. They don't want to be "woke"; nor do they want to be destroyed in the name of "freedom and democracy." Fortunately for us, the vast majority of America doesn't want to be "woke" either! But change for America will bring anger; on top of the anger that already exists. So, play the long game President Trump. Seek for the results of your actions to outlive all of us. Plant good seeds today. Rip out as many weeds as you can. The Dept. of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E), with Elon Musk at the helm, is a brilliant idea! Get us out of the business of miserably attempting to rule the world. We literally can’t be the world’s busybody any longer. We must be a nation that cares for itself, with goodwill and good relations with the rest of the world. A nation that cares for itself will instinctively re-learn and bring back the virtues of faith, family and freedom. When that time arrives (someday in the distant future) Americans will look back at our time with a sense of fondness, in the same way that we look back with fondness on 1776.

I am a grown person, and I have a father and a mother and a God. I do not need whatever tf this is from some politician.

I'm going to make a few predictions, and set a reminder to repost this 4 years from now. No matter who is elected President, by this day in 2028: - The federal government will be at least $42 trillion in debt (probably more) - The cost of living will have increased by at least 12% (probably more) - The total number of federal employees will increase - The total number of federal regulations will increase - Multiple federal agencies will continue to spy on you and monitor every message, email, phone call, and financial transaction you make I sincerely hope that I'll be able to quote tweet this and say "Well I guess I was wrong."

This is what an *actual* attack on democracy looks like: in an un-American, unconstitutional, and *unprecedented* decision, a cabal of Democrat judges are barring Trump from the ballot in Colorado. Having tried every trick in the book to eliminate President Trump from running in this election, the bipartisan Establishment is now deploying a new tactic to bar him from ever holding office again: the 14th Amendment. I pledge to *withdraw* from the Colorado GOP primary unless Trump is also allowed to be on the state’s ballot, and I demand that Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley to do the same immediately - or else they are tacitly endorsing this illegal maneuver which will have disastrous consequences for our country.   Today’s decision is the latest election interference tactic to silence political opponents and swing the election for whatever puppet the Democrats put up this time by depriving Americans of the right to vote for their candidate of choice.   The 14th Amendment was part of the “Reconstruction Amendments” that were ratified following the Civil War. It was passed to prohibit former Confederate military and political leaders from holding high federal or state office. These men had clearly taken part in a rebellion against the United States: the Civil War. That makes it all the more absurd that a left-wing group in Colorado is asking a federal court to disqualify the 45th President on the same grounds, equating his speech to rebellion against the United States. And there’s another legal problem: Trump is not a former “officer of the United States,” as that term is used in the Constitution, meaning Section 3 does not apply. As the Supreme Court explained in Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (2010), an “officer of the United States” is someone appointed by the President to aid him in his duties under Article II, Section 2. The term does not apply to elected officials, and certainly not to the President himself.   The Framers of the 14th Amendment would be appalled to see this narrow provision—intended to bar former U.S. officials who switched to the Confederacy from seeking public office—being weaponized by a sitting President and his political allies to prevent a former President from seeking reelection. Our country is becoming unrecognizable to our Founding Fathers.

Meet the Hernandez family. That's Matt and Tuckey smiling with their beautiful young daughters. Over the past few months, the Georgia state government has ripped this family apart, because one of their daughters has a medical condition that the court refuses to acknowledge. This all started when Matt and Tuckey noticed some swelling in the lower legs of Emma, their infant daughter. They took her to a pediatrician, who did some bloodwork and referred them to the ER. After an x-ray of her legs, the hospital's Child Abuse Physician reported possible child abuse, despite the fact that the bloodwork results indicate a genetic disorder as the reason for her injuries. @GADFCS authorities seized Emma and placed her with her Aunt and Uncle. Two weeks later, a case worker visited the Hernandez home and determined that their older daughter, Arya, is obviously happy and well cared for. The next day, Tuckey was arrested for battery and cruelty to children. Matt is not allowed to communicate with Tuckey, and Tuckey is not allowed to communicate with Matt or her daughters. While in the Aunt and Uncle's care, Emma developed a rash on her feet. The state took Emma from them and sent her to the hospital, where she was put on a feeding tube and given other treatments without any of the family's knowledge or consent. Emma and Arya were then placed with a foster parent. At their first visitation, Matt noted that both Emma and Arya had signs of neglect, including cold, mottled skin and discoloration on one of Emma's legs. The foster parent dismissed his concerns, and DFCS had no interest in hearing them either. After months of fighting to get copies of Emma's medical records, including from when he first took her to the ER, DFCS finally gave them to him. Two months later at their first court hearing, medical experts testified that Emma has either neonatal rickets or osteogenesis imperfecta, both of which are medical disorders which cause the types of injuries she has, and that there is no sign of physical abuse. The judge refused to admit their testimony, choosing instead to rely on the hospital's Child Abuse Physician, who brought no paperwork and did not appear to understand these disorders. While this hearing is going on, Emma and Arya are transported to a visitation center to meet with Matt. But Matt's in court, and obviously couldn't be in two places at once. The state either messed up their visitation schedule, or intentionally scheduled it so he wouldn't be there. Arya was devastated. With each visit, Matt sees Arya become more and more withdrawn and depressed, and Emma become more injured and sickly. During one of the visits, when the case worker came into the room, Arya got scared and ran behind Matt. The caseworker accuses Arya of being racist, and smiles throughout the interaction, clearly enjoying the fear she's causing. And just last week, Matt found out that his visitations are being cut in half, and they are moving Emma and Arya to a new foster family, instead of back to their Aunt and Uncle. This case was brought to our attention by the Williams family, who was in temporary custody of Emma and Arya when their foster mother went on vacation. After seeing how much these girls want to go home, the Williams began to investigate, and discovered the horrific tragedy that the state is putting the Hernandez family through. Despite their own policies, and despite the fact that the caseworker's report states that reunification is the goal of this case, the state of Georgia has refused to acknowledge Emma's medical condition, choosing instead to assume that she's being abused, and continues to prosecute Tuckey and persecute the entire family. We hoped that these officials would do the right thing, but they seem to be hell-bent on destroying the Hernandez family. We are going to reunite this family, and here's how you can help: Email the officials I've listed in the next post in this thread, and tell them to acknowledge Emma's condition, return Emma and Arya to their parents, and drop all charges. And be RESPECTFUL, don't give these people a chance to act like the victims here. You know how much government officials love to make it about them, don't give them that opportunity. And be sure to repost this, so as many people as possible can help us reunite the Hernandez family in time for the holidays.

To shred a car apart in an explosion, you need a high order detonation. One that would almost certainly break windows and rattle a CCTV camera. However if a car was going 100mph + and hit a concrete/steel road barrier that comes up out of the ground, depending on the car, it would likely suffer the same carnage without busting windows, and doing what bombs do. The pics floating around are interesting bc no windows are busted and damage to the lightweight metal sheeting is minimal at best. Again not what I would expect to see from a bomb. Either way doesn't really change much of anything at all, but I am willing to admit that I don't believe that was caused by a pure explosive device.
