Homicide detectives investigating a murder which took place nearly a year ago have named a man they want to speak to as part of their investigation. A Crimestoppers reward of £10,000 has been announced for anyone who comes forward with vital information that leads to the arrest and prosecution of Siavosh Mohammad-Khani. Police were called at around 22:15hrs on Monday, 10 February 2025, to a pub in Oaklands Road, Hanwell, to reports that a man had stumbled into the premises with serious injuries. Officers attended the scene alongside London Ambulance Service crews, and found 33-year-old Dariusz Serafin there with knife wounds. Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Over the past year, homicide detectives have conducted extensive enquiries to find those responsible for Dariusz's death. They now want to speak to Siavosh Mohammad-Khani, 34, in connection with the murder. Officers have released an image of Mohammad-Khani, together with footage of him taken on the day of the murder. The video shows him at a garage in Marylebone with a vehicle - a black BMW X4 car, with the registration HV67 RZP - that is believed to have been used by Dariusz’s killers on the night of the murder Anyone who can help is asked to call police on 101, quoting CAD 7176/10FEB25 or visit the Major Incident Police Portal.

🚨JUST IN: A manhunt has been launched for Daniel Boakye (London drill rapper DSav) after he was mistakenly freed from HMP Feltham. He has been described as extremely dangerous. "He would have been double-cuffed – ie cuffed to a guard – at all times and the fear is that an officer has made a mistake and un-cuffed him for some reason." thesun.co.uk/news/38183402/…

Officers investigating two break-ins at a Nottingham hospital campus want to speak to this man. Ten laptops were stolen from offices and laboratories inside the University of Nottingham Medical School. The building – located next to the Queen’s Medical Centre, off Clifton Boulevard – was targeted twice in a week. An unknown intruder invited themselves into the offices on both occasions, before then stealing electronic items. The first break-in happened around 5.30am on 4 January, before a second was reported on 11 January, between 9am and 10am. Police believe the burglaries could be linked and are now able to release an image of someone they’d like to speak as part of their inquiries. Anyone who recognises him is asked to pass on this information to the police by calling 101, quoting incident 129 of 5 January 2026.
