100% agree with this. Also, I believe when you order pizza, it should automatically be assumed you want pepperoni on it. That should be the default. You should have to specify if you DON’T want pepperoni.

I love @dunkindonuts with all my heart but we need to address a problem. When I order my coffee, I don’t want to be asked “hot or iced.” Hot should be the default and you should only specify if you want iced. Thank you for your attention to this important matter.
