Train to Manchester cancelled this morning. I have just worked out it would be cheaper for me to book a flight from Stansted to Ibiza and then Ibiza to Manchester on the day than it would be to re-book a train from Norwich to Manchester. £109 compared to £122.

@EastMidRailway having a problem with delay repay. Your site isn’t able to acknowledge the fact that I was over an hour late because my connecting train didn’t stop at grantham, and still thinks it stopped there, hence it thinking i was less than an hour late? Advice please? TIA

@EastMidRailway are just removing trains (such as the 15:44) from the board at St Pancras and with no updates for customers. Sometimes in these situations they handle the comms so well. Today it is embarrassing and leaving a lot of people confused and angry… useless.

@EastMidRailway I have to say this has to be the worst train service in the country. Every trip I've made to London this year has ended up with a significant delay. Trains are virtually always late, breakdown, get shortened all for £163 a time!! Even the reclaim website fails.
