In July, I complained to @UgMicrofinAuth about how @pcl_uganda calculates my interest & up to now, they have failed to mitigate us. Are you scared of the companies you regulate or is it a matter of not knowing what to do? Who regulates the regulators if they don't perform?

We have a forest of poles of UMEME, Airtel, MTN, and then the host of internet companies and cable TVs. Please we need a clean city without cables hanging all over the place. I know we can have poles that can carry many cables and equipment at the same spot. Let's share a pole.

KCCA had promised to provide ducts on all newly rehabilitated roads to cater for utility companies. What is happening now will see roads being cut through. @KCCAUG sorry this mess.

GRSP successfully conducted a Speed enforcement training for CTTU and Transalvador agents. It was a highly positive discussion about speed being a key risk factor and the importance of effective speed enforcement.

Please avoid parking on pavements. Pavements are walkways for pedestrians. When you park on the pavement, you force pedestrians including children, the disabled to walk in the road putting them at risk. Let us join hands to stop the wanton crashing of pedestrians.

Today marks 30 days since our brother, celebrated fashion designer Latif Madoi was arrested and detained for no crime whatsoever - except designing clothes for me and other Ugandans. This afternoon we checked on him at Kasangati Government Prison. His greatest pain was having to lose his dreadlocked hair which he had grown for over 17 years. They also took away many of his machines and brought his business to a stand-still. Aside from this, he is of strong spirit because he is sure that he committed no offence. #FreeLatifMadoi

An intersection that does not have pedestrian facilities makes crossing on foot depend on the mercy of drivers. If drivers do not choose to reduce speed or stop for the pedestrian to cross, it is possible to spend several minutes stuck in one position. #CommitToAct
