I watched this young man all of July, 2024 play with @MiddlesexMagic for @CoachCrotty on @UAbasketball circuit. My high major coaching friends were BS-ing with each other while his games were going on. Don’t have to evaluate him now. Just bring the bag.🤷🏼‍♂️😎🏀

@DJTrakstar @bonescon Sure matchups but “the best team” losing by 20 is kinda wild. Penfield, the AA finalist from section V, beat a CHSAA finalist by 20. It was more than just recruiting yesterday, as all the writeups state Mamaroneck played subpar. If a true public wins AAA they clearly are the best

@CitizenABC @bonescon We will never know.. matchups are matchups… they won’t get to face each other and that sucks.. In my opinion Mamaroneck is the best AAA public school boys team in NYS and I stand on it.. you are free to disagree. Unfortunately, we will never get to see that matchup.

A big 3rd quarter blew it open, another run to start the 4th added to it, and they led by as much as 37 in the waning moments en route to a third straight @NYSPHSAA crown & the second of Class AAA supremacy 🏆 @Saranezaj2028 got loose & went for 32 to lead all scorers, and @juliascott2026 (@ClemsonWBB) capped a HS chapter that could only be considered ‘generational’ with 23 more for @AMHSFalcons (@patbuckley10). Section II sends all 5 of its regional reaching teams to States this year. Very impressive! Section I right behind them with only Woodlands bowing out after a 4pt play from Carle Place in the waning seconds to lose by 1 I & II unfortunately match up primarily in the State semis
