@sainsburys hello, most of my order has been substituted to more expensive alternatives. It says if it’s covered by the substitute guarantee I would get a voucher for the difference, but how would I know if it’s covered?
@easyJet hello, wondering if I can get some help? I asked about a refund for 2 flights as time has changed by 8 hours. Email said yes to one but seems to have forgotten the other one. I replied, no longer accepting emails at that address

@easyJetholidays We last made a change in September and we received the whole deposit back. So not very long? Also, the flights have changed from 11 to 7 in the morning. We are a 4 hour drive from the airport. So doesn’t seem fair not to allow us to change?

@easyJetholidays we have previously enjoyed your holidays. We love the freedom to cancel if plans change and get a credit voucher to rebook. We just tried to do this only to be told the deposit wouldn’t be returned as we changed it previously. We didn’t know the rules had changed

@easyJet hello, we are due to fly on Wednesday, but can’t due to an injury, can you tell us how to cancel our flights? We can’t see it under manage my booking. Not looking for a refund, but need proof of cancellation for the insurance company

@Uber_Support on the app it said we can pick something up, just add a stop. So I did. Driver refused to wait and took the full fare. I’m on crutches and reliant on a new ride now
