@British_Airways it’s been way over 10 days and still no response to my claim. When should I expect a reply?

@Choccy31 @CostaCoffee @BadSchoolparent Most places do ask this. I have to order GF food and get asked this quite often. If it’s an allergy they try and be more cautious but also have to tell you they can’t guarantee allergens won’t be present blah blah blah

@CostaCoffee @BadSchoolparent I had this at a costa and they refused to serve me unless I answered. If this was such a big deal, then why doesn't every store ask this as standard? Seems very random and its annoying.

@British_Airways My flight from Houston to London is on Wed, but security wait times are over 4 hours due to the TSA staffing crisis. Can you please help me reroute to Dallas without a fee? This is a situation beyond my control. I am traveling with 2 children

DO NOT FLY with @British_Airways not only have I arrived at the airport to find out my baby is not booked on the plane. Now the seats I paid extra for have also been allocated to someone else and they can’t fix it here. They won’t even answer phone to their own staff 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@jenny_lilley @Tesco Had the exact same issue. Ordered my shop last night. Collected this afternoon and missing 4 items I ordered. When I checked my receipt they are not there but I know I added them to the basket.

@Tesco Hi, having an issue where items from my online order are removed at checkout but I’m not being informed of it on screen or in the email. So products I have added to my basket aren’t in my grocery shop, and it looks like I haven’t ordered them when I have.

@British_Airways is having a sale. Found flights and hotel for our December trip when I looked two days ago. Look at it today to book and it’s gone up by almost £1000. Sale ends 30th sept but don’t expect it to save you any money.
