@BritishGasHelp how can I speak to a human? Been trying to get hold of someone since Monday. I’ve brought a flat and my gas is EDF however I keep getting letters saying you supply the gas. The meter hasn’t changed since I moved in as I haven’t used anything.

@virginmedia the most disgusting work I’ve ever seen! Just had virgin fitted today and they’ve left my house like this! No internet or phone working and my mums carers alarm is meant to be connected to the internet to work. Also on hold for 20 minutes. Someone needs to contact us
