Update on the 'human' appeal. Denied. No videos cited. No changes specified. No engagement with the evidence. A generic template asking me to "refine my content" without identifying what that means. Three template responses now. Three. Not one piece of evidence engaged with. Not one specific claim addressed. Not one human assessment of the actual work. Three years of work. A documented production stack. Paid commercial licensing. 154 episodes. A 5-hour arc finale shipped this month. A public dossier laid out 48 hours ago with receipts on every claim. The reply: a paragraph. A template. I've asked yet again for specifics. Until those arrive, the 90-day window is theoretical. I cannot fix what they will not name. Episode 155 is up on Patreon later today. I will admit, it's going to be shorter than usual. Dealing with this all week ate into the time the episode would have, and I'm exhausted. Times like this I wish I had a template I could lean on to ship faster. The work is still there, the love is still there, and the story moves forward. Patreon is now where this will exclusively live for early access. Thank you to the thousands of you who made that floor real this week. Thank you to the 100+ who joined Patreon within 24 hours. Thank you to my 21 Demigod-tier patrons (6 in the last 48hrs) paying $75 a month each for "slop." I'm done asking for appeals. I want the evidence. @TeamYouTube - which videos triggered this? What specifically failed compliance? If you can't name either, the decision has no basis. I cannot fix what you will not identify, and I will not pretend the 90-day window is real until you can.

One screenshot. YouTube's own dashboard. Same channel, within two days Three days ago YouTube demonetised my channel of 154 episodes for "inauthentic content - mass produced." My appeal came back denied yesterday. The same week, YouTube's own analytics tool generated this assessment of my latest episode: "performing exceptionally well... an outlier in the best possible way." I've spent 3 years, working 50-70 hours per week building a serialised D&D campaign in an original world, with an audience of 1,250+ paying supporters across BOTH YouTube + Patreon, 500 of whom are now being cut off from supporting what they love, losing membership badges they've held for 2+ years. If nothing else, this is unfair to them, and the damage is done. The denial cites "similar template across multiple videos" as the reason. That criteria applies to every podcast, every gameplay channel, every long-form actual play show on YouTube. I'd genuinely like to understand what specifically distinguishes my work from the formats YouTube actively recommends. The denial also says I can reapply in 90 days "after making changes." But the same email says they can't tell me which videos triggered the decision. You can't fix what you can't identify. And at the risk of repeating myself, what good does that do for the woman who has been with the channel for 1 year 8 months, or the man for 2 years 5 months? Nothing. They're two of the 500 people now being cut off from supporting work they love, through no decision of their own. Or mine. To @TeamYouTube - please open this case for human review. Every cited claim has been addressed with evidence in the replies below. To my audience - please be respectful and polite if you engage. The work continues. I'll see you all Friday on Patreon. - Lewis / TheAIGuy (7 receipts in replies. Audio. Cinematic. Editing. Performance. Audience. Music licensing. The broken process.)

The Trump administration is the most corrupt in American history. Why is the President allowed to act like an organized crime boss? The Supreme Court gave him blanket immunity in 2024. Congress must investigate.

House Republicans just passed a budget bill that does NOTHING to lower costs. Instead, it hands $70 billion more to ICE and CBP — while TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard remain shut down. The GOP continues to choose terror and cruelty over the American people.

Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸
Do you want to know how bad it is? The House passed a FISA 702 reauthorization yesterday without warrant requirements by adding a good bill that bans a CBDC (central bank digital currency). Thats how they tried to trick members of congress. Dangle ban on CBDC but you have to give up warrant requirements for Americans for FISA 702. You get one thing you want but you have to vote for a dirty deed to get it. BUT, Thune says the House bill reauthorizing FISA 702 is dead on arrival because of the ban on CBDC. And Johnson knew this ahead of time which is even slimier. Take that in. The Republican leader in the Senate said there’s no chance in hell the GOP controlled Senate will pass a ban on a central bank digital currency. And the House and Senate together refuse to pass any reauthorization of FISA 702 that requires the federal government to get a warrant from a federal judge before they use their super duper spy tools to spy on you. If you are still spinning under your MAGA hat, let me tell you in plain terms. Trump, who we ALL fought for and supported and who was supposed to be the one to drain the swamp and destroy the deep state and end the foreign wars, actually is the one demanding a clean reauthorization of warrantless surveillance capabilities with FISA 702. And the vast majority of the Republican controlled House and Senate refuses to pass warrant requirements for American citizens on FISA 702 and refuses to pass a bill banning a central bank digital currency where your money can be controlled. This is not me saying it, this is me telling you exactly what their actions are, literally what they are doing. And Democrats are no better. Not at all. They have changed nothing about their policies that failed America, have nothing new to offer, and are only winning because Trump and Republicans betrayed campaign promises with an America last domestic agenda and another pointless foreign war in Iran. Now because both parties are such America LAST losers, they are scrambling to state redistricting and gerrymandering as their political midterm strategies to fight for House seats. What a disaster.

Marjorie Taylor Greene 🇺🇸
I’m 1,000% for releasing the manifesto. I’m for releasing all shooter’s information including what SSRI’s they are on, if any, all meds or drugs. But I want to know why the Trump admin released Cole Allen’s manifesto immediately but they still keep a tight lid on Thomas Crooks. Thomas Crooks is dead and actually did shoot Trump in the face (ear which is part of the face) so why is all of his info/files totally sealed. It shouldn’t be. Corey Comperatore was killed and his family deserved to know. Two other people were shot and they deserve to know. But a lot of info including the manifesto of Cole Allen, who is still alive, gets released immediately. Also, why is the security so lax around President Trump? So much so that even Cole Allen who was there to kill the President, VP, and the Cabinet, even wrote about it in his immediately released manifesto. I’ve asked questions about the lack of security around President Trump before. On the Oversight Committee, after Butler, I asked Kimberly Cheatle if there was a stand down order. And I still want to know to this day what the hell happened at Butler. So if you’re in my comments attacking me instead of asking questions, you’re either blindly in a cult or you’re one of the Americans that actually want to see the President assassinated. Either way, I disagree with both categories.

Why does every shooter have a manifesto? Most shooter’s manifestos remain classified so they don’t inspire more would be shooter’s. Why did they release Cole Allen’s manifesto almost immediately?

America will not be lectured about civility by far right extremists in Congress. Particularly those who provide aid and comfort to hundreds of violent rioters who brutally beat police officers on January 6. There will be ample time to vigorously debate the issues of the day. Now is a time to unify.

I’ll tell you exactly why. The National Trust for Historic Preservation filed a lawsuit because nothing was approved through Congress etc through the established procedure. Even though the public “isn’t paying for it” The Whitehouse grounds is still public property, and so there is a procedure anyone has to follow to do anything. Which is strange that there is some sort of objection to doing it through proper procedure. A judge ordered construction halted but then in appeal it was allowed to move forward until… June. And somehow we have this magical “assassination attempt” with the DOJ wanting the lawsuit dropped. It reeks of political theater, and with all the underground bunker talk I am wondering exactly why a ballroom/bunker is being pressed so hard without just going through proper protocols to begin with. It’s weird. It’s creepy.

@ComicDaveSmith Somehow we were able to win the revolution, civil war, WWI and WWII, build the Golden Gate Bridge, Build the Empire State Building , the Hoover Damn, the interstate highway system, etc… Without a Ballroom. In my opinion it’s creepy as hell that they are obsessed with it.
