@bobdvb @UKGovernmentEng 25mi? You got off lightly, I fear - when I looked at booking a test earlier in the week the options were Telford (80mi) or Aberdeen (470mi), so tried 'walk-in' instead and after pages of forms it said there weren't any (same for postal). Suspect demand had overwhelmed it by then!

This week booked a COVID-19 test for my son. For all the trouble I have heard about it went really well. First I was horrified because the @UKGovernmentEng website was suggesting I needed to travel 25mi and there was only one appt in 5 days.

@SercoGroup @BorisJohnson glad your staff think its funny that I can’t get a drive up test for my 9yr old son- so he can return to school, so my daughter can start her nursing degree, so my 15 yr can get back to yr11

Definitely taking advantage of the eat out to help out scheme! Eating at another local independent restaurant to make sure we are benefiting small businesses. They've also got the best curry I've had at any restaurant🔥😍

@Travel_Up annoying emails seem to get worse. Customers want refunds so less excuses and pay up! @WhichUK @BBCWatchdog need to investigate!

@_austrian hi, very unimpressed with your service. I had flights cancelled in April 2020 and though you keep sending me emails, there is no way to get in touch with you. Your FB messenger chatbot is deactivated. The phone number in London has a fault... you need to SORT IT OUT

@thetrainline Your colleague did not help yesterday. I need to refund or exchange my ticket to Manchester because of the recent lockdown restrictions but when I try to book dates for September it says "not available to buy"..

Appalling customer service from @lastminute_com on receiving a refund/future voucher for a Spanish flight cancellation. Customer service team just lads you to the airline who pass you back to Last minute. Stay away - absolute cow boys

@loveholidays so I have just received a text from you about my holiday on 8th August - you’re telling me I need to get a refund from Virgin but you’re the holiday provider and I have been told by Virgin the third part holiday provider is to refund this and sort this out? Help!

@easyJet my mum was due to fly to UK today from Spain to see her new grandaughter for the first time. She couldn’t come due to the changes to quarantine & was unable to change her flight without paying a huge fee or get hold of you to speak to someone-now lost her money. Shambles

@ABTAtravel hi, still no response from @OntheBeachUK offering an alternative hotel for our holiday in Rhodes, flight departs 1st Aug, since our current choice is still closed. Can you advise what our options are?
