Most people will not realize it of course, but their health would actually vastly improve were they to simply refuse ALL pharmaceuticals. So the government could both improve the budget situation, and also improve the overall health of the populace, by taking the bejesus out of ALL pharmaceuticals, just like they did with tobacco products. The zombies will object of course, but in doing so will really only be supporting my thesis. Pharmaceuticals are poisons. There may be exceptions, or exceptional circumstances, but the principle will remain.
