@BurnTheLadders Maybe a silly question or answered somewhere previously, but what did the warmup and progression of work sets look like given a particular wave (let’s just say 4x5)?


@BurnTheLadders @casemorrow Maybe a dumb question. If a kid misses their reps on set 3 do they drop weight for 4th set to get the rep max for that day, or just take weight from set 2?






@ZacGoodman_ Our kids love box squatting, but I probably don’t use them in our programming nearly enough. What is an appropriate box height/squat depth in your opinion?
