Hey @DeanMacpherson, Mr.Nil isn't Zero, let's clear this up with some facts, because clearly, you're an idiot. B-BBEE is not some optional ANC pet project; it's national law under the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (as amended), passed by Parliament and enforced across all government spheres and state-owned entities. If you didn't know, The Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) and its regulations mandate B-BBEE scoring in public tenders, giving preference to compliant bidders. This applies whether the minister is from the ANC, DA, FF+, or anyone else in the GNU. If you're pointing to a current/live tender where FF+ minister, Pieter Groenewald in Correctional Services, is "implementing" B-BBEE, that's not hypocrisy, it's complying with existing South African law. No minister can unilaterally scrap or ignore it; that would require repealing/amending the legislation through Parliament. Blaming the FF+ for following it is like blaming a traffic cop for enforcing speed limits they didn't write.

Hey @nedbank and @lovegreenbacks! Is this how you keep clients happy. Perhaps its time to move my bond, vehicle finance, current, credit cards and savings to another bank. Im sure @Discovery_SA would love to take over my business.

In the last week @TelkomZA mobile in East London keeps dropping off. It’s not only happening to me. Do I need to change service providers? I can’t do my job effectively as a result.

@Dischem @BmDips Well your manager at Hemingway’s Dischem had no idea about vitality and the links to your new system. He said nothing was communicated. I’ve started buying @Clicks_SA at least I know I get 10% back.
