There have been a bunch of these simulation startups since 2023: Roundtable, Aaru, Simile.
And I'm highly skeptical that you can really simulate how humans react to things like marketing copy.
Meta can predict which ad you'll watch because they they have the full feedback loop. Afaik these startups are just using llms (would be interesting to hear if I'm wrong here) to gauge "reactions"
Also, the real consumer surveying industry is a well-oiled machine -- surveys, expert calls, polls. Why bother with fake data?
I can't imagine an exec team spending much money for simulated data unless it's <5% the price of real data and a precursor for investment in a proper consumer study?

Im so glad I left sf only 1% of people in sf are worth meeting most are larping there way to a pre-seed just to make no profit and go on company retreats SF is not optimized for making revenue in my opinon its much more optimized for larping revenue
