🚨 We're putting member companies of the U.S. Plastics Pact, the Consumer Goods Forum, and the Sustainable Packaging Coalition on notice: It's clear that their *coordinated efforts* to *leverage their combined market power* (to force their climate agenda onto the market) are intentionally driving up costs for consumers and may violate antitrust laws/open themselves up to unnecessary legal risk.  Florida @AGJamesUthmeier is already probing these plastic organizations and demanding information from these same companies on how they justify their membership in these organizations. It's only a matter of time before they face legal action, these companies should start preserving documents and, if I were them, I'd abandon these plastic organizations yesterday.

🚨 @ConsumersFirst has filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court, asking the Court to BLOCK woke activists' attempts to weaponize the courts in service of their lawfare campaign 👇 One state cannot and should not be allowed to govern the whole nation, and that is exactly what Colorado is attempting to do in Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County v. Suncor Energy. Colorado is trying to use lawfare to do what the Constitution forbids, hijacking the local courts to set national energy policy. If Boulder County succeeds, activist jurisdictions across the country will be empowered to follow their lead and weaponize the courts against any industry they dislike (including energy, firearms, and financial services) regardless of whether that conduct is perfectly legal where it occurs. Our brief makes clear that states are sovereign within their own borders, not beyond them. Allowing one state to dictate national energy policy through litigation would create chaos for consumers, drive up energy costs, and hand woke political activists power over the American economy. The Supreme Court should reject this unconstitutional attempt to let one state govern the entire nation through the courts.

“ISS has spent years marketing itself as a neutral, objective proxy advisor, but it is actually peddling a political agenda. This new lawsuit...highlights how practices and advice provided by ISS and marketed as objective are not only ideologically driven, but potentially illegal.” -Executive Director @WillHild on @NEAttorneyGen’s new lawsuit against proxy advisory firm ISS.

“If you’ve got people voting based on politics, rather than financial return, you end up with all kinds of nonsense that can really screw up the governance of companies, and hurt consumers and shareholders alike.” - Executive Director @WillHild on the risks of proxy advisory firms putting politics ahead of critical financial considerations.

Must Listen: Executive Director @WillHild on the harm caused by businesses prioritizing woke activism over serving their customers: “When companies take their eye off the focus of making money for shareholders, by serving consumer interests, onto far-left-wing politics, you get the far-left-wing politics. You don’t get serving consumers, you get higher prices yet lower quality goods, you get lower profits for shareholders.”

Executive Director @WillHild on the reality of asset managers forcing compliance with the ESG agenda: “That is the bulk of ESG activities — it’s misusing investments that do not say ESG on the label that people had not opted into having to use that way to push that political agenda.”

JUST IN: Nebraska moves to hold the Proxy Advisory Duopoly accountable for pushing ESG and DEI ⬇️ Nebraska Attorney General @MikeHilgers has just filed a lawsuit against Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), alleging the firm engaged in deceptive trade practice and harmed consumers by prioritizing woke activism over their fiduciary duty and using their immense influence to push ESG and DEI. This is expected to be one of many lawsuits filed against the proxy advisory duopoly for using their combined market power to push a woke political agenda. @BenjaminRoberts has the story at @DailyCaller: dailycaller.com/2026/05/20/neb…

BREAKING: The Department of Justice is reportedly probing one of @BlackRock's primary private credit funds 👇 According to Bloomberg, over the course of last few months federal prosecutors have been scrutinizing valuation practices at a BlackRock private credit fund, TCP Capital Corp (TCPC). This comes after TCPC filed a "rare off-cycle disclosure" in January about the poor performance of the fund, which caused shares to plummet and slew of class-action lawsuits to be filed. The lawsuits claimed TCPC made "materially false" statements and didn't properly value its loans. TCPC provided funding to a wide-ranging number of industries and it appears many of those loans have started to go bad or have been marked down drastically. If those loans have started to sour, just imagine how bad Larry's green investments look? In 2021, he, now infamously, said he thinks the majority of the next greatest investments would be in new green technologies, facilitating his desired green transition. With many of those companies struggling or going under, the question isn't *if* @BlackRock will be hurt by Larry's poor judgement and political advocacy, but *how bad* will they be hurt?

Is the ABA folding on DEI? 👇 After receiving a tidal wave of backlash over their DEI accreditation requirement (requiring law schools to prioritize DEI in recruitment, admissions, and classes), the American Bar Association council that oversees law school accreditation just voted to eliminate the DEI accreditation requirement. While this is a good first step, there are still hurdles within the ABA that this has to pass before the DEI requirement is truly dead (which I wouldn't hold your breath for). But, nevertheless, why is this so important? Because it shines a spotlight on something that is long overdue for re-evaluation: the ABA's monopoly power over law school accreditation. The ABA's monopoly power effectively gives them a stranglehold over all law schools nationwide. When the ABA says law schools have to do something, these institutions must comply or risk losing their accreditation — which is wrong. That's why the ABA was targeted by woke activists, because with one victory they knew they could force their agenda onto law schools nationwide (and they did). There's a simple solution to this: the Trump Administration can (and should) break the ABA's stranglehold over law schools and take away their accreditation monoply. Law schools should be focused on one thing: educating and training future lawyers — not conforming to the whims and ideological dictates of the ABA.

.@CapitalOne is back in the hot seat, facing *another* debanking allegation. Dig deeper into the company, and it should come as no surprise that it has continued to champion woke agendas.
