I gifted a Google Pixel 7a to my younger brother, and today while checking the device settings, I was completely shocked. The phone shows: ❌ Device Out of Warranty ❌ Warranty Expired: Feb 10, 2025 This device was purchased from Amazon, and I never expected to see an already expired warranty on a phone bought as new. On social media you show “efforts,” but in reality, nothing has been addressed. All I’ve asked for is a simple refund, yet more than a month later, I’m still waiting. Please process the refund immediately and stop this unnecessary back-and-forth.

Instead of processing my long‑pending refund for missing items, your team is now harassing me with absurd collection attempts. This is not just bad service — it’s unprofessional, ridiculous, and a complete failure to take accountability. I’ve been following up endlessly, yet Myntra continues to provide one terrible customer experience after another. Customers must be made aware of this negligence. @jagograhakjago, I request your urgent intervention. This ordeal has been extremely traumatizing and deeply disappointing.
