By your logic, Saul would have never became Apostle Paul. He would have been put to death after murdering the Early Church. We wouldn't have Romans, Corinthians, or Galatians. Jesus forgive his own murderers while he was actively being murdered. God is the one who gives vengeance and disperses wrath. We are called to preach the Gospel to everyone, regardless of what they have done, until they draw their last breath. Yes, even to someone like Adolf Hitler.
If you are a Christian, pray for this person to be saved in prison and repent. Someone go preach the Gospel to him.
