2 times now @handy has canceled my cleaning within 12 hours of when they were supposed to arrive! Perhaps you should have reliable people on board before you launch a service in a new area. Working mothers schedule things for certain times on purpose. #refundplease

For everyone complaining their @JetBlue flights are delayed due to weather...stop! I just flew from FLL to PVD on flight 1196 & have never been in so much turbulence, told we couldn’t land due to weather then stuck on ✈️ for 45 minutes due to door & wind. Be grateful!!
