I don't get this fetish some people have with this game and making all of our weapons complete and total dogshit. A perfect example is the support Autocannon absolutely shreds so many things. The Autocannons on the mech are such cheeks you can burn through most of the ammo on a single target that it doesn't ping off. The AT turret again shreds absolutely everything, same with the Bastion tank cannon. The AT cannon on the Lumberer is such ass, WHY!? I would love it if we got one use per game powerful, and I mean POWERFUL strats. Imagine having a one-time use Rail Cannon that you call down, and it completely annihilates a Mega Nest size area. Im just so tired of 500kgs that do nothing, mechs that have limited ammo and ass long cooldown timers, napalm that coats an area in fire for shit to just walk through it, a laser that went from trashing bases to making a beeline for the thiccest boy in the area and pissing away its entire duration and the target still doesn't die. They have the numbers. They have infinite ammo, infinite spawns, perpetual spamming like come on, come on now. I would like some absolutely devastating stratagems. I'm tired of fighting enemies with harsh language and farts. I shouldn't be unloading 4 - 6 AT shells into a Titans face for him to still walk towards me like I'm throwing soggy biscuits at him.

A fucking mech and a minigun should shread heavy armor like what the fuck arrowhead.

@JustPlants31 Arrowhead make all weapons kill every enemy so it doesn't matter what I choose I can still win everything and make the game monotous and never feel like I am in danger of losing.

Housmarque is PlayStation's id Software. I said it on the show this week that I get the same feeling walking out an area in Saros that I do in a shooting gallery in DOOM. Saros may not be a Boomer Shooter but the VIBES are the same nonetheless!

I almost have the platinum trophy, and I have just started using modifiers to get one of the trophies. For me, Saros is much easier than Returnal and that is NOT using modifiers. With modifiers on, game is like playing on easy mode. Gameplay is subjective I guess, but I do not see how anyone plays Saros and does not think it is much easier than playing Returnal 💁‍♂️ and that is absent modifiers.
