So Robertson thinks Slot is a Twat
Andy Robertson on why he decided to leave Liverpool:
“Honestly, this isn’t a decision I made overnight. It’s something that’s been on my mind since Jürgen Klopp left.”
“When the manager goes, especially someone like Klopp, it changes a lot — not just on the pitch, but in the dressing room as well.”
“You can see it… players like Trent Alexander-Arnold, Luis Díaz, Darwin Núñez, and Mohamed Salah have all moved on, and it shows how much things have changed.”
“The club just hasn’t felt the same since he left. The identity, the energy… it’s different.”
“For me, it felt like the right time to move on and find a new challenge.”
“I’ll always be grateful, but sometimes you have to be honest with yourself.”

🚨Tonda Eckert (Southampton manager) after 2–1 win against Arsenal in the FA Cup quarter-final
“We won today because we’re the only team that actually played football. They don’t play—they survive on set pieces, corners, and throw-ins.
No real tactics, no identity. And people are calling them Premier League leaders? I still can’t understand it.
If they win the league playing like this, it would be a disgrace to football.”

🚨🗣️ Thierry Henry on Virgil van Dijk’s display in the clash between Liverpool and Manchester City.
“People are going to get emotional about this, but I don’t care, Virgil van Dijk is living off a reputation he built years ago. Tonight exposed it. When Manchester City turned up the intensity, he didn’t look like a leader… he looked like a liability.
We keep hearing ‘world-class, world-class’ based on what? Aura? Because I didn’t see dominance, I saw hesitation. I saw a defender who doesn’t want to get exposed 1v1 anymore. The real top defenders embrace those moments, they don’t hide behind the system.
And let’s be honest, if his name wasn’t Van Dijk, we’d be having a very different conversation right now. At Liverpool FC, that standard should be ruthless. But somehow, he keeps getting protected while others get blamed.
For me? That performance wasn’t elite. It wasn’t even good. It was average… and average doesn’t win you big games.”

English

@YazzLFC Bit harsh judging him with them 2 centre halves in front of him.
English

@empireofthekop Sorry just a another one to Van Dijk's list now at fault for 3 goals
English

@empireofthekop Van Dijk a fault for two on the goals and Konatè for the other one

Green Party co-leader Zack Polanski wants to slash Britain’s motorway speed limit to just 55mph.
The plan also includes hiking fuel tax, slashing parking spaces and forcing drivers to re-sit their test every five years.
Greens say it will save fuel, cut accidents and make people switch to buses and trains.
Tories slam it as “out of touch madness” and a full-blown war on motorists.
This guy hasn't a clue has he?

English

@FabrizioRomano Oh what a surprise that is, bet all the other injuries are fine to.
