We hate seeing great food produced by our nation's hard-working farmers go to waste. We all know that #farmingcares, but supermarkets and consumers need to care too. #foodwaste #farminguk #BackBritishFarming

These apples have been left to rot because they are too BIG for supermarkets and the profit margins are too small. It’s cheaper to leave them than to pay pickers to collect them. And this my friends is just one of the reasons why humanity is in crisis.

We are really struggling with the Dutch cabbage now, we have three 8370RT towing the tractors and trailers around but what can you do, we have to get it out the field. conditions are really showing on the permanent staff. 🌧🤦♂️🤷♂️😥

Such a shame that the older generation does this ... it resonates with me as my Dad is selling land next to our farm and won’t let us buy it. What worst is the lying of no I’m not selling anything, oh by the way you have a new neighbour. #familyfarms

Current feelings: left in a fog Dad's retiring from farming. I've tried for over 30 years to buy in but he would never give up control. The land is gone, now I'm being asked to help dismantle everything I helped build. Thanksgiving is going to be tough this year. @SmithAgConrad

Bitter sweet day for me today. It’s been six years since my mum passed away, but I am going to see @mcflymusic at @TheO2.
