@coinbilly We really just need someone to be a steward of the brand, IP, and art. Without that, even with a completed roadmap, it feels like we’ve been let down. As a forever holder, I’d really appreciate having someone like you in the driver’s seat!

The truth is, I've been so stuck on this idea of taking over IF over the past couple years that it's been so hard to lock in on anything else. It's the only thing I want to do. The time is coming where I may just have to move on, but not yet. Some have called me crazy for holding on and depending on others, but I think the right people will do the right things at the end of the day.

Translation: @JetBlue has no process to comply with EU 261 Article 8. They make you reach into your own pocket and then chase them/jump through hoops to seek reimbursement. @DGAC needs to hold this airline accountable. I am stranded in Paris. I have been denied hotel vouchers.

Update: Three different escalation agents just told me they do not know EC 261, One said “we are a US company”. All three said that the “earliest flight” they could get me on is only ones within my fare class with airlines they partner with. Penny pinching and breaking the law 🤡

On the phone with @JetBlue customer support. They cancelled my flight home to Boston and are trying to pressure me into taking a refund instead of rebooking me with another airline. They don’t seem aware of EC 261? Or are trying to save a dollar? 🤔 @DGAC @ecc_france @CBeaune

I rebooked twice due to cancellations with @JetBlue due to the weather issues at JFK. On the app the fees were supposed to waived due to weather and both times I was charged. When will I get a refund for both?

@JetBlue currently has 15+ hour wait times for customer support, and their app feature to re-book cancelled flights is not working. I cannot fathom how a company can proactively cancel so many flights and fail to provide surge staffing for customer support. @USDOT

Sorry for your loss, however it was not the officer’s fault. It’s completely reasonable that he exited the car to come speak with the adult dog owner to advise them of the leash law. Children are not legally responsible nor cited/held accountable for the laws, the adults are. He was likely going to tell you or your wife to please secure the dog when your dog rushed him and absolutely acted in a threatening manner. Again, it sucks big time this happened, and I feel for you and your family, but shit talking the officer for your dog being loose isn’t the correct response.

High paid mints, paid artist "collabs", retrospective ideas, and the promotion of a “GM if you're active” engagement farmer to a higher role than any day one team member. We have yet to get an official announcement on what happened. The message was clear, and now we’re here. Markus is not a rugger; he’s an artist. (and deceptive, extractor, stubborn, manipulative, ignorant, & cheap) But worst of all, he had a passionate Swan in his corner eager to contribute and build on something that could’ve been incredible. it would be foolish to neglect the power of a passionate Swan.
