Ethereum has Etherscan. Cardano has... nothing similar for smart contract verification. This creates a trust gap. Users can't easily verify what code is actually running on-chain. So I built plutus-scan - a proof of concept to solve this. 🧵

Every Fluid user should have Ada Watch running 😤 @CryptoJoe101 from EASY1 Stake pool built a free bot that monitors FluidTokens Lending positions directly on Telegram and Discord. You get collateral ratio updates, liquidation alerts, warning alerts, healthy position alerts, and separate notifications based on whether you are borrowing or lending. Use it here: @AdaWatchBot Built by the community, for the community, the Cardano way 💙

It was fun building this for myself first and for the community. Along with @FluidTokens the bot gives you a lot of real time notifications for the wallets you're watching. You can add a wallet (and it doesn't matter whether it's yours or an address of a DAO wallet you want to monitor) super quickly: /add addr1... or /add stake1... or /add $adahandle And just like that you'll start getting notifications for ✅ incoming transactions ✅ outgoing transactions ✅ opening/closing loans on major defi platforms (indigo, fluid) ✅ real time notifications if the health factor goes sour ✅ Shen rewards (if you even know what this is) and much much more. The BOT is currently FREE! And in its core features will always be free, and if you want to support, you can do soo, freely, but delegating to the EASY1 Stake Pool. Questions or improvements? Let me know and I'll do my best to implement!

Who's tracking how much ADA out of the treasury we're spending on administrative overhead?

@theroberm While we are at it, let’s also support the man taking the picture here (@atlanter from @Scalus3 team). They are doing a phenomenal job regarding developer experience on their platform. Always looking for community feedback in their Scalus Club sessions luma.com/scalus?period=…

@IOHK_Charles Couldn't agree more @IOHK_Charles. We would love to host you and the team in Switzerland for this purpose. Cardano doesn't need more governance complexity or complete unity, but it does need everyone pulling in the same rough direction!

After reflecting deeply on this governance process, a few things are clearer to me than ever. Cardano is alive. The community is engaged. And that matters more than any single vote. But this process has shown me something important: Cardano's governance is real. You are not passive holders. You are owners. That is exactly what we built this for. It has also reminded me that when Cardano has needed it most, the Pentad delivered. IOG, EMURGO, the Cardano Foundation, Midnight Foundation, and Intersect have proven they can coordinate and bring critical integrations to life when the ecosystem needed it. That coordination layer matters now more than ever. So let me show up the way I should. I will be in Singapore for the Cardano Summit and I will be on stage. I am also personally committing to partially top up our Token2049 sponsorship to Title level. Being on that main stage is where Cardano and Midnight need to be heard. To the Pentad, I am inviting all of you to sit down and have a real conversation about the future of governance and how we formalise this coordination going forward. I am 100% focused on Cardano and Midnight. Always have been. Let me prove it. #strongertogether

Cardano dReps should be able to vote privately. Transparent governance is important. But there’s also a strong argument for protecting voters from social pressure, tribalism, harassment, and coordinated influence campaigns. Privacy voting on Midnight, with results/verifiability rolled up to Cardano. 🔵🌑 #Cardano #ADA #Midnight

i think private voting has a place for direct individual voters where you are the owner of the power less so in a delegated environment where DReps are agents and hold that power on behalf of others - as this enables you as principal power owner to see how they voted with power they gave you - and consequently reward them by delegation - or punish by voting them out or re-delegating elsewhere the problem is - the institutions of DReps are not mature enough yet - they very very very nascent still - seemingly - to withstand the collective pressure - this takes time so the goal is less of hiding public delegated votes but giving them opportunity of safe environment to express their views on behalf of their delegates in a coherent and transparent way without fear of coercion or similar dynamics
