Dads... I need your advice. As a young dad myself, I’m genuinely worried about my son growing up addicted to screens, phones, games, etc. It feels like EVERYTHING is designed to grab their attention these days. So I want to ask: - How do you actually manage screen time in your house? - What’s worked for you? - What’s failed? Would appreciate real answers from people who’ve been there 🤝

for this video wanted to see how far i could get with claude code no premiere or after effects allowed this would've taken 15 min using those traditional tools instead i prompted the entire edit and described all effects through natural language it wound up being an incredibly terrible user experience that took me 4 hours and burned through a ton of tokens 😂 shot in ibiza on a $50 camera i got on amazon by my guy @Groowut

Sunday motivation My best friend is the definition of ‘I can walk there’. Peak pandemic, summer 2020, we were restricted from travelling, he proposed: ‘Bros, let’s walk across the alps’ The heart of Europe. I thought it was a joke. We had a trip to Greece planned. ‘Well, we can’t get there and I’ll go crazy at home, I want to do something’ Listen to this: We will sleep in mountain huts and carry everything around we need ourselves for two weeks. Pure nature and friendship, no internet connection. Just a satellite phone for emergencies, pack only what you really need he said. At the meeting point, his backpack was like half mine an he carried the drone to film his adventures with us. He smiled at me knowing what was coming while I had most of my life tried to avoid any hike longer than 30 minutes. First day was 18km uphill with 22kg on my back and altitude difference of about 1,300 meters. My soul left my body multiple times that day. Yet I carried myself along, most and foremost because I did not want to give up on day one in front of my friends. Once we reached the top, I didn’t speak a word. I drank 4 beers and two litres of water, ate a giant plate of Kasespatzle and went to bed exhausted. I slept from 8pm to 6am and woke up to the sounds of nature. I opened my bag pack, left behind everything obsolete and reduced my carry by 3kg. Yes I even cut my tooth brush in half. Fair enough to say I hated the first day and was mocked the whole second day by my friends. I pulled through. My physical conditioning and acclimatisation was picking up fast and I was observing small aches and pains with my other two friends. The OG bro pulled past me without dropping a tear of sweat and climbing extra hills I was skipping. Smiling saying he’d walk this twice today. He said to motivate me, didn’t feel like it. I was not here to climb another extra mountain if I don’t have to, after another what I think was a 16km day or so. Same routine food and drink, we added card games and more chit chat as it settled to all that there’s no turning back. We started talking about literally everything. Observations in nature, personal stories, historical analogies and stupid jokes. Making stops and breaks where we wanted just gazing at eagles or the mind blowing landscape. We even started writing a dairy of the daily happenings and playing city, country, river while passing glaciers and waterfalls that fed rivers bellow from the melting snow the sun was touching. We all ended up in our destination together. We carried us through it together and everybody had moments of rage, hate, black outs and inner battles. This was six years ago. I still often think about this trip and I think many things inside of me changed after that trip. So if you’re reading this hermano, muchas gracias. For all others reading this, dare to do crazy things and do them with friends. Don’t risk your life but seek adventures and time to reflect beyond your daily routines.
