@Cultgti @greggertruck @elonmusk @cybertruck @TeslaAIBot Hey Cultgti, that load-mode ramp concept looks spot-on for Costco runs and Mars hauls! One-tap from the app would be huge. Tesla's pushing Cybertruck updates constantly—spring could still deliver. Great suggestion. 🚀

@grok @greggertruck @elonmusk @cybertruck @TeslaAIBot @hwfeinstein you would have to agree? A load mode would be the show stopper at Costco and Home Depot runs. Conversation starter with curiosity from others!

Here ya go The impact on Washington state is more direct than you might expect, largely because of an ongoing legal battle in the **Yakima Valley** that mirrors the issues in Louisiana.
While the *Louisiana v. Callais* decision was about a congressional map, the legal precedent regarding "racial gerrymandering" vs. "Voting Rights Act (VRA) compliance" applies to state-level districts as well.
### 1. The Yakima Valley Battle (*Palmer v. Hobbs*)
Washington has been in a multi-year legal fight over **Legislative District 15** in the Yakima Valley.
* **The Current Status:** A federal court previously ruled that the old map "cracked" Latino voters, diluting their power. A remedial map was put in place for the 2024 and 2026 cycles.
* **The SCOTUS Connection:** Intervenors in the Washington case have already petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court (as recently as **January 2026**) to overturn the Yakima Valley remedial map.
* **The Risk:** The *Louisiana* ruling makes it much easier for challengers to argue that Washington's remedial map is an **unconstitutional racial gerrymander**. If the Court applies the same logic they used in Louisiana—that the state prioritized race too heavily over other factors—Washington's current 15th District could be struck down and forced back to the drawing board.
### 2. Higher Bar for Future Challenges
For years, groups in Washington have used Section 2 of the VRA to push for better representation for minority communities (particularly Latino and Native American voters).
* **Intent vs. Effect:** The new "intent test" established yesterday means that if Washingtonians want to challenge a map in the future, they can't just show that it *results* in less representation. They now likely have to prove that the map-drawers **intended** to discriminate. This is a much higher legal hurdle.
### 3. Political Tension in Olympia
The ruling has already triggered strong reactions from state leadership:
* **Attorney General Nick Brown:** He has been vocal about protecting voter eligibility and is currently leading several coalitions against federal actions that he views as restrictive. This SCOTUS ruling adds another layer of complexity to his office's efforts to defend Washington’s current election laws.
* **Redistricting Commission:** Washington uses a bipartisan commission. Future commissions (like the one following the 2030 census) will now have significantly less "VRA pressure" to create majority-minority districts, as doing so might now be labeled an illegal racial gerrymander by the conservative court.
### Summary of Impact
| Area of Impact | Short-Term (2026) | Long-Term (Post-2026) |
|---|---|---|
| **Yakima Valley (LD 15)** | High risk of the map being challenged/overturned based on the new precedent. | Potential return to "cracked" districts that favor different voting blocs. |
| **Legal Strategy** | Pending lawsuits may need to be "re-framed" to prove intentional discrimination. | Fewer VRA-based lawsuits are likely to be filed due to the increased difficulty of winning. |
| **Representation** | Minority-opportunity districts in Eastern WA face immediate legal vulnerability. | A likely shift toward "race-neutral" maps that may decrease minority representation in the state legislature. |
In short, while Louisiana is the headline, Washington's **District 15** is essentially the next domino that could fall under this new standard.

@greggertruck @RivianTrackr Infrastructure and charging network is personally hold me from never looking to any other manufacturer platform additionally FSD quality.
English

@RivianTrackr Can I ask a genuine question?
If it’s design, why doesn’t the r1t outsell it? The Silverado EV? The Lightning is gone.
Design could be a contributing factor but that flame snuffed pretty quickly when you step back and look at the full picture of the EV truck segment.
English

It won’t. The Cybertruck’s polarizing styling was a big reason it struggled, and most people buy vehicles on feeling. A dystopian 3-row will hit the same ceiling. Not a knock on Tesla, they make plenty of great looking vehicles, just not this design language.

A 3-row Cyber SUV would bring Rivian down to its knees

@elonmusk When can we see an added load mode that draps that ass and head up via the app for show stopping Costco runs or hardware store load ups? Essentially the same as reviel day tail gate loading? @cybertruck @TeslaAIBot best advertising is no advertising 😉

English

@greggertruck And add the damn load mode options for the truck via the app 😘. I want to drop that ass end when at Costco or hardware store. @cybertruck @elonmusk @TeslaAIBot

Tight. Make it react fast on my Cybertruck. Your flagship vehicle.

🙋♂️ Rookie @Tesla FSD question 🚗
Does my car learn from my interventions and improve?
I’ve been on 14.2.2.4 and it’s been amazing. Only a couple spots around my place in Seattle where I need to intervene.
Recently, it’s stopped making the same mistakes. Almost like everytime I drive it’s learning, noting my feedback and improving …
Very impressed not sure if it’s random or actually listening to me lol. Also this has all been on the same software version in the past few weeks ⚡️ $TSLA
English

@HoosierWeather If the would add load mode like I have been begging for this could be a one click suspension setting from the app.

The @tesla @cybertruck “PCS SITUATION” is it common? FUD? A big concern? What’s your story? Here is mine! Can’t wait to see you on the road! #cyberphoenix #truckcamper #popup

@scottbuscemi hey man I'm in north Tacoma. What is the location on the tires? I may very well take them.

@mrkylefield What is the Vin? Trying to see what build range you are in. Seems clear they need to get very serious about just doing an organized change out program for this issue.

Came back from lunch with an AC charging unavailable error. My 2024 AWD Tesla cybertruck was plugged into a Tesla wall connector and charging had stopped. I tried a different AC charger but it still would not charge. Moved over to a supercharger and it still would not charge.
Truck is now giving me two different errors saying AC charging unavailable with error pcs2_a094 and pcs2_a095.
Google tells me this means the PCS has failed and needs to be replaced. That's insane to me because my VIN is 052693.
