Very disappointed with the baggage handling by @WestJet . One of my mother’s bags is missing after her trip from Toronto to Saskatoon. We’ve contacted support and still need help locating it ASAP. Her medication is inside the missing luggage, making the situation urgent.

@WestJet If you have an expiring companion voucher, does a flight just have to be booked by the expiry date, or does the travel have to be completed by the expiry date?

@westjet Cmon westjet, 4.5 hour flight and almost no food available at row 9 of the plane. Apparently no sandwiches or power bowls available. Horrific for an evening flight after business meetings
