@ReJean6Houle @Sassafrass_84 No that would be the Russian asset Trump who STOLE 2024. America FIRED that NY conman so the billionaires had to steal it for Project 2025.

He was not voted in. He was placed by the the deep state. The deep state has been cheating for many years. Their plan was to put Hillary in after Obama to finish us off. DJT messed up their plan and exposed what they were doing. 2020 was the most corrupt election ever to make sure DJT did not get a second term. They had 4 years to make sure DJT would never get back in. DJT showed the world what the deep state was up to and America woke up to their evil plan.

We never should have elected him. And when I say elect him, I meant those that did. We dont even know if he is genuinely a US citizen or not with the "conspiracy" around his birth certificate.

@JoJoFromJerz Pam Bondi is a legitimate and qualified Attorney General. That scares the hell out of corrupt liberals in the Democratic Party. If you want to know the liberal mindset all you have to do is look at the lawlessness in Minnesota. Haha Jojo

@RepFine: The Prosecution's case against Don Lemon will rely on the proof and existance of one word: "definitions". They will have to prove that Lemon's actions meet the specific definitions set forth in the statutes they are claiming Lemon violated. That according to@robdoar, may prove difficult, if not impossible: "The federal case against Lemon, Levy-Armstrong, and the other defendants is pretty weak... not because nothing criminal happened, but because the government charged statutes that require more than what the facts appear to show. There's a strong basis for state charges, which I highly doubt will happen, but trespass, disorderly conduct, 5th degree assault, even harassment or terroristic threats are options potentially warranted on at least some of the protesters. But... federal criminal civil-rights charges are different. They require very specific conduct, aimed at very specific federally protected rights, proved beyond a reasonable doubt with tight elements that courts read narrowly. Here, the government chose two heavy federal statutes: conspiracy against rights under 18 USC §241 and interference with religious worship under the FACE act... 18 USC § 248. Each comes with hurdles that go well beyond just showing disruption or intimidation in a colloquial sense. Section 241 requires proof of an agreement between two or more people to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate someone in the exercise of a federal right, plus the specific intent to interfere with that right itself. It is NOT enough that people acted together or planned a disruptive protest. The government must show that the object of the agreement was the deprivation of religious freedom as such, not merely protest speech, political confrontation, or even deliberate disruption of a service. The FACE Act charge under §248(a)(2) is even more precise. It criminalizes intentional interference with religious worship by force, threat of force, or physical obstruction. “Physical obstruction” is a defined term: it means rendering ingress to or egress from a place of worship unreasonably difficult or impossible, or physically preventing a person from entering or leaving. Congress did NOT write a general “disruption of services” statute. Noise, chanting, verbal confrontation, filming, or occupying space inside a sanctuary may be disruptive or upsetting, but they are not enough unless they actually obstruct entry or exit, or involve true threats or force as the statute understands those terms. Calling conduct “menacing” or “threatening” in an indictment does not supply those elements. The procedural history underscores the weakness. Two judges declined to approve the criminal complaint as presented. A magistrate judge refused most of the arrest warrants, and when DOJ tried to leapfrog that decision, the chief judge rejected the effort as extraordinary. That suggests probable cause on these federal elements was not obvious. Only after those defeats did DOJ go to a grand jury(where hearsay is permitted and evidentiary rules do not apply). An indictment obtained that way clears the lowest charging threshold. It does not answer whether the conduct actually meets the demanding statutory requirements Congress imposed for federal civil-rights crimes. " Can the prosecution make their case? Will the Judge and jury draw the same conclusion presented by@robdoar? If previous procedural history in this case is any indication, the DOJ's success may be not be as secure as @AGPamBondi,@SecNoem and @RepFine might think or believe!

There is no question that Don Lemon is heading to prison for a very long time. I hope he enjoyed playing the victim and shutting down a church service. I wouldn’t want to be dealing with jail time if it were me.

BREAKING: Getty Images releases stunning photographs of Donald Trump falling fast asleep during yesterday's Oval Office meeting. Imagine if President Biden had done this? The media narrative for four years was that Biden was too old to do the job and now Trump is literally passing out behind his desk but all we hear is crickets. We still don't know why this man underwent a nonstandard MRI scan last month and every time he opens his mouth the cognitive decline becomes more apparent. When is enough enough? Trump must resign immediately! Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Trump is unfit for office!

It's up to the employer to determine if they violate their employment policy. Not Trump. If Kimmel or any of the others are canceled, it's not because of Trump. These television networks need to understand that they have the freedom of choice whether to side with a political agenda or allow their employee to make public politically driven emotional rampage online, especially while representing their institution. This is what an employee policy is for.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau passed a rule that prevented banks from charging high overdraft fees. It saved consumers almost $250 million. Trump just overturned that rule. How is this helpful for the American people?
