FOX26 Anchor Madison Macay interviewed Sheriff Chad Bianco about his ongoing run for California governor.

It’s naive for the GOP to assume that voters with strong conviction for Bianco will simply fall in line and vote Republican in November no matter who the nominee is. 🙋♀️People don’t vote for a party label — they vote for candidates and values that align with them. If a candidate resonates with them (like Bianco does for a large portion of the grassroots), it’s unrealistic to expect them to enthusiastically support someone they don’t connect with just because there’s an “R” next to the name.
In my experience and we’ve seen this time and time again when the base isn’t excited about the nominee, November turnout drops significantly. We’re likely looking at around 30% turnout or lower in the general election.
Exactly what the Democrat party is hoping for!

This can’t be true. I heard crime was declining in San Jose!

NEW: Matt Mahan’s floundering campaign for California governor has been hit with a new bombshell complaint accusing the San Jose mayor of illegally coordinating on polling with a billionaire-funded PAC. Both paid the polling firm $89K+ Political experts told me that Mahan’s use of the same polling firm as the pro-Mahan committee was unprecedented, “sloppy” and “unseemly.” nypost.com/2026/05/22/us-…

The problem is the math says boomers had it easier yet boomers still argue. That's the whole dam point. The average house was 2-3x income for boomers. A boomer could even buy a fixer upper for even less. The average house is 7-10x income and fixer uppers are in mixed into that range. The problem is the math isn't mathing anymore. Talk about delusional

Boomers were making $1.92 an hour when these prices existed. Do the math dipshit.

Why is @CAGOP so infatuated with wolves in sheep clothing.. Clear as day.. “I am a Democrat who knows what a women is”. "I am pro-choice catholic”.. “I am not a Republican” “I am further left of Bernie”. Voters believe them when they tell you who they are. 🤨 I am so disappointed. Bring some conviction and purpose back into the party vote @collenberg2026 and @ChadBianco Dr Drew I know Gloria doesn't let anyone get a word in but you could have stopped right then asked "you're a democrat" m.facebook.com/groups/1270547…?

@D09119713 @MaxArmand Oh I have had friends move from SoCal to all parts of the country. They all have complained about the humidity, bugs, winters, etc. and have wanted to move back. Most are priced out and can’t.
English

@D09119713 No one is crying. This fake financial goblin pulled some made up lie out of his ass and you all jumped all over it to try to prove how superior you are for not doing something people now are not doing either.

@Turnacliff @cnavigato @nettermike @realDonaldTrump @SteveHiltonx Assuming he makes it into the general election vs a Dem, we will see non-stop clips of him on Fox. Dems will wipe the floor with him & they know it. That’s why they want him as an opponent vs Bianco, who polls well with Hispanics.
English

@nettermike My question is, how can a Fox News host endorsed by @realDonaldTrump draw the required vote from the other side?Is there something on @SteveHiltonx resume I’m missing. Governor of our once great state is not a position for on the job training.

California Republicans are surging in early polling and shattering voter registration records ahead of the next gubernatorial cycle.
Steve Hilton, a former Fox News host and longtime political commentator, has emerged as a serious challenger to the Newsom political machine. After years of failed policy on homelessness, crime, and the cost of living, even traditional Democrats in California are signaling they're ready for change.
Recent polls show Steve Hilton, endorsed by President Trump, leading or tied for first place in the chaotic June 2026 primary with 20-22% support, ahead of a fractured Democratic field including Xavier Becerra. Republicans are gaining ground as voter frustration boils over: California still leads the nation with over 187,000 homeless people despite billions spent, crime remains a daily reality in once-safe cities, and sky-high taxes and regulations have made housing and gas prices punishing for working families.
This momentum signals that Californians are rejecting one-party progressive rule and demanding common-sense reforms.
Ready for Red California?

@keithkman @MaxArmand It’s funny when people act like the premise is live in CA or TX, those are your only two options. LOL
English

@MaxArmand Everyone that I have known who has done that has wanted to move back. They didn’t factor in the humidity, bugs, winter, or the vast amount of Indians, especially around Dallas. Hard to put a monetary value on SoCal weather.
English

@MaxArmand Is the opposite true then? Moving from TX to CA to pay more in taxes is most imaginable alpha move? Because I have a good imagination…

@jjstyx Are you doing the drive up to the Ruby's? If not, I highly recommend.

@MRachel1358 @GeorgiasGiant Try finding God in your life. Couldn’t hurt when you go around saying things like this to complete strangers.
