It’s three years since Valentina said goodbye to her kiosk in Moscow and moved back to Kursk. Here’s a reminder of her last day at work. For those who’ve been following her story I can tell you that Valentina remains upbeat & positive after her cancer treatment.

@TucciStanley_ I’m glad it wasn’t dry. I did worry for you slightly, though. I would’ve suggest some sort of force meat mixed with the veggies for fat content. I am pleased to see you eat rabbit though - a much maligned meat since mixie and well worth bringing to the fore again, thank you! 🥰
