Well, an unexpected bill for $1500 from the utility company has just crapped all over my day. Hard to believe we used 73,000 gallons of water in 2 months for 2 people (w/low-flow fixtures), but in doing some research it seems likely I'll be told to deal with it. *Cue obscenities*

Such as a dermatologist verifying that a patient has had a yearly physical, eye exam, dental exam, inquiring about diet, exercise, etc. Have yet to see this

@msuster @Marriott @spg Having the same issue. Kimpton used to be my go-to before they were bought out. They're not bad now, but no where near pre-IHG quality. AccorHotels have been nice abroad, but haven't tried any in the states yet.

I wonder how much business @Marriott loses due to their appalling state of IT systems or how many former @SPG members like me are actively looking for alternatives. Every log in is a combination of pulling teeth through errors and rolling dice whether systems will work

Turns out the pitch of telemedicine as a fix for rural care access is a myth so far - urban patients are the ones that have ended up using telemedicine services (would be interesting to dive into the kinds of telemedicine use cases to see if that plays a role)

Went to @MinuteClinic for the first time 1 month ago. It was easy to make an appt, saw the NP quickly, felt like I received great care, they submitted my claim with no issues, I just got the bill for my copay & paid online in 5 minutes! Why can't all #healthcare be this easy?
