Weird to see Green Lanterns make green full body constructs just to fly in all other media and interpretations but the DCU. Wonder if that will change in #Lanterns

Is anyone else talking about the overtly weird sexual tones and unnecessary additons? Specifically Peacemaker 2 was.. wild. As an adult I had some laugh. Feels like wasted time that could have been used to explain the Superhero's history from the Hall of Justice in animation instead of Creature Commandos. Or do some shows with other lower tier Justice League characters. Is Peacemaker going to lead us to Flash? Or Martian Manhunter? Or Hawkman? Or Green Arrow? Plenty of runway

Reshoots are adding more Lobo and Superman cameos — a sign the studio doesn't fully trust the film to carry itself. Lanterns (the HBO series) dropped a teaser that triggered instant backlash. Fans slammed the lack of green in the suits, the muted/“ugly” aesthetic, and the hyper-grounded True Detective-style tone that feels disconnected from classic Green Lantern mythology. @mjarbo Why is that funny? Batman has always been more bankable. People who are intelligent will look at it as an absolute with for DC Studios instead of a negative at all. But we all know you just love to spark controversy

That is true, Superman did outperform all of the other Marvel movies in 2025 It's funny that DC's number one guy, who isn't batman, beat out Marvel's C & D list players What's going to be really funny is when man of Tomorrow is outperformed by the Batman part 2

You know he said this because he was the head of the studio so he had to sell everyone on this movie; he probably may like this film but for the most part he was just selling the public on this.

One thing I love about Man of Tomorrow is how much it feels like it’s laying the foundation for a Justice League movie. Between the expanding world, new heroes being introduced like John Stewart and the larger threats on the horizon, it feels like the DCU is slowly building toward something much bigger.

This is bafflingly stupid. You think creature commandos gonna get more views then an animated show about the DCU Justice Society? Or the Outsiders? Or Justice League international? Really? Peacemaker season 1 was good, but 2 is objectively porn to begin with and then multiverse slop. Better use of your time is explaining the heros on the wall in the Hall of Justice then some of the crap that's come out
