I remember this story from a game jam back in university. The guys brought all sorts of game prototypes, and one of them was an airplane game where you had to control the plane using the phone’s gyroscope. So this bearded dude shows up, just wrecks the gyroscope by positioning the phone screen in a weird way — and instead of normal flying, the plane started flipping and tumbling all over the place like crazy. In short, yeah, there were real pros at breaking shit.

I still think about the video where @standupmaths discussed a programming oversight I made at great lengths. He was so very correct. I was young, ok?? (But I can justify using 64 instead of 63 as the stack cap, as having 0 of something doesn't need to be enumerated)

Yeah, the Matrix itself is fucking shit, no negativity, not only does it run at 30 FPS on a top-tier video card, but in that demo there's basically nothing to do — it's a third-person walking simulator, plus shitty physics and soapy graphics. The generation stopped in 2015 when NFS 2015 came out on Frostbite.

Pipe It, the UE Pipe Plugin is finally 1.0 ready and coming out to @fab in a few weeks! It's been a fun 6 months journey taking this simple idea and transforming it into a complete tool meant to make pipes easy and fun. UX is such an unseen beast and it renewed my respect to #UX designers across the world. Here's a small video of the tool working in Unreal 5.7.4, drawing pipes like never before :D.
