@wolfswut777 @thelefttake @THFCHarvey18 Most property in London is owned by foreign investors. No houses have been built. Water filled with sewage. Electricity bills through the roof. All privatised. All run by dodgy CEOs execs siphoning off to shareholders. It isn’t immigration read a book.

@DGLJ1994 @thelefttake @THFCHarvey18 Most are, though. There are isolated cases of people making their way to the top when they do - called the Peter Principle, but most have technical expertise and a strong intellect that sets them apart.

@aswren One neighbour pays neighbour £1000. Neighbour gets someone desperate for work to do it and pays them £10 and pockets the £990. That’s the current economy.

One neighbour pays another neighbour £1000 to clean his gutters, both of them are happy with the amount but you think it’s too much and the only way to rectify this injustice is to take your *fair share* of it despite doing fuck all
Rich@RJSHutton

An annual salary of £247,000 is a pittance - barely enough for a pauper to live on. But people on Universal Credit are living a life of unbridled luxury, and really need to cut back. x.com/torysc_mout/st…

@thelefttake @THFCHarvey18 I’m in a law firm so I think I do understand. I think it’s you who doesn’t understand. They’re in charge of a billion pound company and there aren’t many people in the country with their intellect and expertise, so they’re paid well for it.

Britain could have deregulated, cut taxes, rolled back the planning regime and let entrepreneurial capitalism drag us out of the mess we're in. Instead, we're banning pastry adds and discussing capping CEO salaries and if £35k/ year is a high income. We're doomed, aren't we?

This is genuinely what a lot of hard left retards think. If you’re a CEO of a large company, YOU SHOULD BE RICH. And honesty no one skilled enough to be a CEO would want to do it for £100k in the UK. The responsibility is huge.
Adam Wren@aswren

Imagine having the stress and responsibility of running an organisation that employs 400,000 people and some loser with a free flat and taxpayer funded car says you should be happy to do it for £100k a year so they have more money to spend on deliveroo

@DGLJ1994 @HyboreanCat @communistpanda @_carson_72 Your experience is not recent, mine is. I'm 21 I'm seeing these postgrad job openings all the time. You like your statistics, research average postgrad salary for stem degrees, essentially all of them start at 30k minimum nowadays.

@DGLJ1994 @wesh_rdarg @communistpanda @_carson_72 If the pay is shite, then it's not marketable, is it? I'm not pointing my finger and laughing. I genuinely wish people would do some due diligence before studying, for their own well-being We've got the deck stacked against us as it is, without taking on debt for shite

@DGLJ1994 @_carson_72 Struggling to make ends meet and save doesn't scream "high economic capital" to me That's the first result on Google. Is there a different definition of middle class, on which they're defined as not being to afford to purchase the average priced property?

@_carson_72 What is middle class if not the moderate income of the population of the country?

@HyboreanCat @_carson_72 I’d describe that as well within the range of middle class if a huge number of people are on that salary relative to lower or higher. Otherwise you’re using your own made up terms that aren’t relevant.
