Today’s enforcement actions make it clear—the U.S. will not tolerate forced labor in goods entering our markets. The UFLPA is a powerful tool in the fight against forced labor. We urge companies to take responsibility, know their supply chains, and act ethically.

We are committed to expanding our enforcement of the UFLPA to keep goods made with forced labor out of U.S. markets by expanding the UFLPA Entity List, CBP enforcement at our ports, focusing on additional industry sectors, and continued engagement with industry and civil society.

Topics included building resilience along our northern border through nature-based solutions and responses to man-made emergencies affecting critical infrastructure.

On Tuesday, the U.S.-Canada Emergency Management Consultative Group co-chaired by @DHSgov, @StateDept, @Safety_Canada, and @GAC_Corporate celebrated its 15th anniversary by discussing ongoing and future collaborations.
