I'm thrilled to share that we've successfully completed randomization of 1,104 patients with severe coronary artery disease in the #P4 trial, comparing CT-guided PCI vs. IVUS-guided PCI. This marks a major milestone in one of the most ambitious trials in interventional cardiology. We now move into the 1-year follow-up phase, and we look forward to the insights that will emerge from this landmark study. @CotsCardiology @ColletCarlos We discussed a similar case in the weekly P4 calls yesterday. The lesion was more proximal in the LAD, female patient 50yo, asymptomatic. Decision was to perform PCI. Result was a periprocedural MI... Sure there is selection bias, but my guess is we will face these cases more...

Good evening, thanks for the discussion on the case. Very thought provoking. Just an update, here's the CT FFR from the case. The stress MRI was reassuring with no ischaemia. Moderately positive CTFFR but likely big PPG @ColletCarlos.

@CotsCardiology @ColletCarlos I'm not sure. I see a rainbow aspect downstream of the vessel. I'd say this PPG will likely be between 0.45-0.60. Additionaly, I have seen all tracings of PPG Global and would say that calculating PPG is always better than guessing it...
