Emirates resumes operations Emirates will resume operations. Passengers who have confirmed bookings for this afternoon’s flights may proceed to the airport. This includes customers transiting in Dubai, if their connecting flight is also operating. Customers can check the flight schedule for upcoming flights, as well as book seats to travel via emirat.es/nowoperating. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience. @Sharon_DSilva @emirates I didn’t have a response but they have since updated their FAQ’s to say no fees. When I saw this I filled out the refund form and got my money back within 36 hours. However, they took 25% in fees. 😆😆 So now I’m ready to start an argument..

Hi @emirates - your website says customers booked for flights before 31 March can request a refund. Can you confirm that this would be a refund with no fees deducted? Your FAQs haven’t been updated to this effect yet.

@binnanano @EmiratesSupport @emirates I submitted the form and got my refund 24 hours later…… with 25% deducted. So tbh, I would wait if you can. Now I am chasing the outstanding amount despite the fact their website literally says “no fees” 🙄
