Its crazy how different guys post the same ( bad) 7 different movements for back health posts. 6 out of seven will make anyone with back pain worse.

“But my son/daughter would save us so much $$$ if they just train at the commercial gym for $50/month than a private gym.” Although this MAY be true (initially, read below), just a quick story. 👇 Last year I bought a commercial gym membership because @NextLevelSCNY gets packed when I want to lift and I want some accessory work/machines. Anyways… the amount of BAD FORM/EGO lifting and crazy volume aka dumb workouts, I see going on by HS/College kids and athletes is ridiculous. A cheap gym membership might save a quick buck but a visit(s) to the PT office because your kid threw out their back out will end up costing more. I’m so ridiculously biased but ALL kids could benefit from a private coach, at least initially to show them how it’s done. Just my thoughts.

From @TheAthletic: Baby Gronk is a 10-year-old whose father is pitching him as the next big thing in college football. “He’s a real athlete. He’s not a normal kid,” his father told us. “He has been trained and programmed since he was 6 years old.” nyti.ms/3J4B6vx

Progressing the Squat Pattern in Youth/HS Athletes… Here’s what I’ve found to be somewhat successful & repeatable & have built a progression system for athletes in my Facility Technique is paramount. The previous exercise always builds into the next one Let me know thoughts.

Does anyone else struggle with @AssaultAirBike customer service as much as I do? Whenever their bike breaks and I need replacement parts it literally takes weeks to get a hold of someone. Anyone have a shortcut for me?

Me and @Brandon_L_Pigg had an interesting conversation in the office this morning… It will surprise you how much true coaching and cueing is lacking out there. Too much motivational, “get yo mind right” and “you gotta want it” out there and not enough sniper technicians.
