@phanikrn8 @HydREGuide FSI should be linked to the amount of public transport and open public recreational areas near by. It’s only way I could see it working. The best would be govt making sectors like Gurgaon & Noida with planning but our babus’ are way too entrenched in RE to let that happen here

@SuperDhaasu Sir please do share your story, it would be wildly interesting. Family background, growing up, starting investing, getting initial capital, hurdles you faced, etc. I’m sure many would be interested to know.

I am 12th fail. The topper from my school is struggling in every aspect of life. Now she thinks (and many others) I must've tricked my way through life. She isn't wrong; and I think 99% is luck. And 1% is preparedness to take chances. And my recent realisation is - I would have absolutely NOT blamed anyone or thought that I was unlucky if things did not work in my favour. I'd blame my efforts. And my second realisation is Kawal writes introspective tweets. The most intelligent take either too long to decide or are unable to adjust in the randomness of life. If you toss a coin 3 times, you could get heads each time. But if you toss a coin 1000 times, willy nilly you'd get heads 50% of the times. Randomness is beautiful. And the intelligent would perhaps stop at tossing the coin after getting tails, three times. And think the coin is rigged.
Kawaljeet Singh@kawal279

Recent realisation 👇 Success is not a measure of intelligence/hard work/academics It is more of a measure of quick decision making + Luck + Choosing the right people/organisation to work Life seems hard bcz we compare with people who have more, instead of less fortunate ones

@HydREGuide @HydSpeaks Yeah this seems ok. @HydSpeaks mentioned that the lifts only went down to B1, not B1 and B2, which would have been a problem. This seems perfectly usable as long as all the flats are allocated atleast 2 slots in B1/2 as you mentioned.

I don't see any issues with the vertical transportation design at Meenakshi Elan. In fact, I believe it is one of the best in this category. There are a few corrections to @Hydspeaks' statements. The main passenger lifts operate directly up to B2, and every apartment gets at least two parking spaces in B1/B2. Since these are the parking spaces owners are most likely to use daily, they have direct lift access without needing the shuttle (jumper) lift. I got this confirmation from Meenaksi ELan team in writing. Each tower has 6 passenger lifts and 2 service lifts serving just 90 apartments (2 flats per floor). That's an exceptionally generous lift-to-apartment ratio, comfortably outperforming projects like My Home Grava, IRIS, SSI Marquise, and most other luxury developments. The remaining parking spaces in B3/B4 are accessed via the shuttle lift. Rather than being a drawback, this actually improves the efficiency of the main passenger lifts by reducing unnecessary stops at the lower parking levels, leading to faster service for residents. CC: @pnkjPanigrahi
HyderabadInsider@HydSpeaks

I must retract my high praise for the vertical transportation at Meenakshi Elan because I just found out that the passenger elevators don’t go below the first basement. If your parking is lower, there’s a mandatory transfer to a shuttle elevator. I had spoken to a few prospective/existing buyers in this project, and they were all completely unaware of this limitation. If you’re an owner here, secure at least one parking spot in B1. It’ll save you from changing lifts just to reach your primary car, even in off-peak hours.

@HydSpeaks They were heavily pushing for the listing of Tata Sons in the recent board meetings as well. They hoped they could sell a part of their 3L Cr stake in it and repay the loans. But Noel Tata blocked that, so they're back to square one. I'm hoping it's just bridge liquidity finance.

@DaRealKrypto Yes. That’s one of the reasons I made this post. There was a bankruptcy petition in NCLT too. It was dismissed on the grounds that the defaulted principal amount was slightly below the minimum ₹1 Cr threshold under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.

The irony of MSN One: The project was aggressively marketed on Shapoorji Pallonji’s stellar construction reputation because MSN Realty is a first-time developer. But SP is currently struggling with liquidity crunches and undergoing debt restructuring. MSN One’s on-ground progress is slow, and I suspect SP is to blame. Will the contractor brought in to sell the project end up hurting it? I hope SP clears its financial hurdles and gets back on track quickly.

@HydSpeaks I see. I heard that the rockfaces on the Dallas centre rd. side will be retained as a natural feature as a part of the architecture and an entrance will be carved through that. Sounds very good. OTOH, Bhooja ABC blocks will have their view ruined+dust for the next few years.

@BrenzGarage QQQ went up 30% too. R8 can be an exception, but do you really see it moving up consistently like that for the next few years? Because I'm pretty sure the S&P is. Leasing is actually making you money if you consider opportunity cost. But again, the young bucks prolly won't listen

@DaRealKrypto I’d say 90% of these cars appreciate heavily. Leasing the money goes into the shredder Buying let’s use an R8 last year for example which I sold many of, went from 150ish to 200.

A lot of my clients over the years have been the younger generation. Guys that made a significant amount of money in the digital space but they are new too it. All digital wealth with no foundation of investing in the real world. Expected at such young ages. The average individual sees cars as a waste of capital, not proper investing. You’re missing the point. If these guys didn’t take their money and put it into watches with @watchking69 or cars with myself or any of the others, many would have stayed in the casino until the casino won. I know this because I was 18 in this space at one time and I round tripped multiple 7 figures with multiple cycles. They buy these assets and even if they depreciate a bit, it will never be as bad as the crash that follows every cycle. Now in the bear market when the rest of the port is almost gone, what stands? These assets that they were told aren’t smart. Now they can liquidate them with the new realization of how fast our portfolios can disappear and use it with the new outlook to make real world investments and be a little more cautious with the funds. I absolutely love seeing texts like this from clients because I know if I had done this when I was younger I would have been set long long ago.

@BrenzGarage Ok so why not lease one for like 3-5k/month and dump the rest into etfs? It’s not like they’re going to keep it forever anyway. They’ll get bored of it in 4-6 months and come back to you for another car. Might as well lease it, get rid of the maintenance and make investments no?

Not at all. But tell an 18 year old to put his money in stocks and not a lamborghini. I know the older the wiser and we understand the more conservative method. However this gives the younger guys that thrill they want, the experience of it and all the while saving the money, while in a lot of cases making money too. Many of these cars outperform majority of investments if chosen right (which is also what I help them with) No one’s saying it’s the right choice, but for younger guys who was thrills and excitement, it’s better this, then continue gambling in the casino.

@SriniVega Could you explain the process of how you researched and built the execution algo? Was it in python?

I know I can't compete with HFTs when it comes to execution speed. So I don't even try. My edge is in trade selection and risk management. But when I'm exiting large option positions, slippage can get expensive, especially on strikes with wider bid-ask spreads. To deal with that, I wrote my own exit algo. Instead of sending orders one after another, it splits and staggers them intelligently so I don't end up taking away my own liquidity. Every problem has a root cause. Spend time understanding it. Build a process to solve it. Keep refining it until it becomes part of your routine. That's how you build an edge. #Srinivega #OptionsTrading

@volklub @20_1NM They integrated an ad in a review video recently. Felt very wierd coming from them. Maybe that was the final nail in the coffin. I hope that they start their own channel and promote sponsors in their good conscience. Indian Auto Media desperately needs voices like you and them.

It’s actually very tough to make money without brand endorsements. It’s a pathetic cycle. These two never did any paid content but tried to operate like mainstream media. That was tough! I have the same stand but obv my expenses & input cost isn’t much because everything is random. Audience however has shown great love with paid consultations.

MotorInc tried too many things. - YouTube content was top notch. But many of their good videos were behind paywall, for member only access. - Probably invested too much on website. - Made a very good app. But added too many things over there. Posts, videos, circles. what not. They should have scaled slowly. Auto world needs a voice like Shumi. Hoping to see his comeback soon.

🚀 Overwhelmed by the response for My home Sayuk resale flats! In just 24 hours, we've received 100+ buyer registrations, and our resale inventory has already grown to 45 units! Buyer demand is highest for the 2.5 BHK (1,573 sft), followed by the 2 BHK (1,355 sft), 3 BHK (1,926 sft) and 3 BHK 2,262 sft units. Floors 11–20 are the most preferred, followed by higher floors. On the seller side, we've seen a wide range of price expectations. While some sellers have quoted realistic prices, a few are expecting much higher than the current market. Over the next couple of days, we'll discuss pricing with each seller using recent sales data and our price estimators ,so buyers get genuine, fairly priced options. 📅 We expect to start sharing the shortlisted resale inventory with registered buyers by Monday or Tuesday. Thank you all for your trust and support! 🙏 Interested buyers can still fill out this form: forms.gle/FGmNYGgtMBmeQg… Owners who wish to sell through us can use this form: forms.gle/eqAkVZQcyeYvzL…

As many of you know, MY Home Sayuk in Tellapur has received its Occupancy Certificate (OC). Registrations and the resale market is expected to open over the next two weeks. We currently have an inventory of around 30 resale apartments (2, 2.5, and 3 BHK). Interested buyers can fill out this form: forms.gle/FGmNYGgtMBmeQg… Owners who wish to sell through us can use this form: forms.gle/eqAkVZQcyeYvzL… While Sayuk is a large and relatively dense project, it still offers a decent amount of open space. One of its standout features is that almost every apartment enjoys an uninterrupted view. Overall, it is still a decent project from one of Hyderabad's most trusted builders. Like most premium townships, it features a 1 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse, although I do wish it had been a bit larger. In terms of connectivity, the project is located less than 7 km (around 20 minutes) from Wipro Circle and about 13 km (around 40 minutes) from HKC Knowledge City.
