The War with Iran will help lower energy prices and I'll tell you why. You probably already know that America is the leading producer of $oil 🛢️ on the planet but it's mostly light crude. We had a deficit of the heavy stuff which can now be mostly filled by our new relationship with Venezuela, which is rapidly ramping up capacity. Currently at 1.1 million barrels a day and could ramp to 1.4 to 1.5 million by the end of this year. Way quicker than the skeptics thought. <-- Surprising I know. You probably also know that we're the leading producer of LNG by a large margin. You might even know that we're the leading producer of helium and numerous other products. But what you might not know is that with the increased price of oil we will see an increased production in other byproducts of the refinement process. I.e - natural gas for heating, burning for electricity, and for gasoline in our cars among many other applications. In the video below, @DoombergT talks about how increased oil production will lead to a surplus of these other commodities. Which contrarian to popular belief will allow Trump to pull down prices for energy in the United States while other nations that aren't self-reliant will most likely struggle and in some cases in extreme measure. Doomberg, talks about how that would be unexpected by people who are longing energy. I would have to agree that at the very least, we could see flat to lower prices for these types of commodities in the USA and aligned countries. So, this is definitely creating another incentive for people to ally with the US whether they like Trump or not. That is not a popular narrative but it does appear to be true. Just remember this with all the doom and gloomers out there. Also, another area where I agree with doomberg is that we are definitely in World War 3. He might have a more optimistic view of China and Iran, and what they're capable of. But I do respect his opinion greatly, even though he's not a huge fan of Trump. He is worth listening to and was very early on precious metals and the energy sector.
