Being in Florida, I have NEVER SEEN so many houses being built with no buyers yet. I am going to make a prediction that in the next 2 years, we see a dramatically decline in housing prices (at least in Florida). Every mile is a new community, a new golf course, and no buyers.

$MSTR now down 70%. This was VERY easy to see coming if you study stock markets historically. No moat, building up a commoditized asset and selling debt to buy it, trading at a premium. Front run by a bro culture of "have fun being poor". History repeats itself.
