@shaawniaam @Mattlinn01 EV’s are already a niche market, now add to that a high luxury price tag and a brand name with zero history. It’s a very cool car with nice features and a beast of a battery, but not wide enough appeal.

Lucid has just reported its Q1 2026 earnings results. • Loss per share: -$3.46 vs -$2.64 expected • Revenue: $282M vs. $440M expected • Net loss: -$1 billion Lucid says it plans to adjust production, citing elevated vehicle inventories, which will likely mean reducing production output. “We ended the quarter with elevated inventory that we expect to convert to revenue and cash as deliveries normalize, while maintaining alignment between production and sales cadence. Our focus is on disciplined execution - driving structural cost improvements, managing capital efficiently, and improving operating leverage as we scale,” Lucid CFO Taoufiq Boussaid said.

Fairfax County Public Schools School Board in Virginia voted 8-1 to make Veterans Day a regular school day for the 2026-2027 school year
It will no longer be a holiday for students
This same board did not vote to eliminate Indigenous Peoples’ Day as a holiday
They say the change was made to reduce the number of disrupted school weeks and to give families more consistent 5 day instructional weeks
Sure….. because 1 day off for Veteran’s Day is a problem…..

Here's my first drive on Tesla FSD V14.3.1. It feels polished vs 14.3 and it my opinion is ready for wide release.
• With 14.3.1, you can now tap on the new "P" parking icon and bring up your different parking options
• Mad Max mode on the highway feels slightly more conservative with top speed (favors low 80s more often), but will now get to the right lanes sooner to prepare for exiting the highway. In this first drive, Mad Max did not go above 83mph, despite no cars around me most of the time. Follow distance is also more comfortable. I like all these things.
• I'm having zero brake stabbing issues on 14.3.1, whereas I had a couple on my first drive with 14.3
• Urban lane selection is better vs 14.3
• Navigation routes and occasional parking alignment still need some work, but that's not a reason to hold back wide release.
It still surprises me how much quicker V14.3 reacts to things. If a car pulls out of a parking spot as you drive by, FSD hits the brakes before you even know what's going on. The 20% better reaction time is definitely noticeable.

🚨 Iran’s attack on Prince Sultan Air Base destroyed a U.S. command aircraft that will cost $1B+ to replace — and possibly destroyed three Stratotankers costing $80 million each
New images show a destroyed Boeing E-3 Sentry at the base in Saudi Arabia, with the fuselage torn open and burned out—damage likely consistent with a total loss.
➡️ The E-3 is an AWACS (Airborne Warning and Control System)- a flying radar and airborne command center that tracks threats and directs U.S. air operations across entire regions. The U.S. has only about 16 remaining, making each loss critical.
➡️ The E-3 fleet is strained, with only about half the aircraft available for missions at any given time, according to Air & Space Forces Magazine. Replacing its capability now costs over $1B per aircraft, based on current replacement programs.
➡️ The strike also hit refueling assets. Up to six KC-135 Stratotankers were reportedly at the base, with claims that three were destroyed and others damaged, though this information remains unconfirmed.

Something $TSLA FSD fans don't seem to get:
- More than 80% of Tesla buyers don't care enough about FSD to buy FSD.
- 100% of buyers of other cars don't care about FSD enough to buy a Tesla
Since Tesla represents just 6% of vehicle sales in the US, When put together, that tells you that CURRENTLY, that means 99% of car buyers don't care about FSD.
I personally love self-driving, and I think in the future, the % of people who care about self-driving will rapidly increase. But it's UNDENIABLE that 99% of CURRENT car-buyers don't care about FSD!
Lack of FSD at launch, will only have a negative 1% impact on $RIVN R2 demand based on the evidence! 🤣
