Bro, this legit saved my life during Cardiac Rehab. It 'forces' you to slow down and take deep, slow breaths and activate your lower lung chamber. You'll ideally take a about a 4 sec inhale through the nose and 8 sec exhale through the baffled whistle. It chills me TF out. I've increased my lower lung capacity buy 70% and dropped my BP by 18 points over 2 years. I do a 4 min cycle when I wake up and another before laying down to sleep. Such a simple device.
