@AmazonHelp @JeffBezos This was your literal reply to a losing my family's Xmas presents. A rep told me were being resent and arrive yesterday. Then I find out they didn't do that and the best you can do is Jan 5th. I should have ordered direct from @SodaStreamUSA . Lesson learned.

@AmazonHelp I did and again got corporate non-apology. @JeffBezos could save so much money and save time by replacing your whole team with an autoreply that says this.

Christmas presents lost by @amazon contact support and they offer to refund and get it to me in 24 hours. Followed up today. That rep didn’t do anything they said and new rep says he can get it to me 15 days late and offers a $10 credit. What good is @amazonhelp if they lie?

@AmazonHelp I followed up and took all the extra steps to just get blown off. No accountability taken and not even an apology for a mistake that will cause my family's Christmas presents to arrive 15 days late. This account is just to look like you care rather than fixing issues.
