@Couch_Commentor @ChristianHeiens I did not vote Cornyn in the last general, I abstained in that election. I also did not vote for a governor in Texas last time, I will not vote Abbott, I will abstain in that as well.

@DavidFriersonJr @ChristianHeiens There is a massive difference between the people threatening to abstain from the general, and the complaints over guys like Cornyn or Paxton in a primary.
Cornyn sucks, you wont get someone better by making the general electorate look more pro Talarico.

The average Southern man in his 50s who lives in rural Alabama and has done absolutely nothing but vote for the most RW candidate in the primary and then straight ticket R in the general since he first registered to vote in 1992 understands the Friend/Enemy Distinction far better than some of the largest influencers on this platform.

Cornyn was just an easy to understand example, in reality it’s all politicians and most people. For the record, I’ve never voted for Cornyn in a primary or general, and never will.

@DavidFriersonJr @ChristianHeiens There is a legitimate risk/reward calculation with getting rid of Cornyn for Paxton.
He has consistently won for 20+ against Dems. He sucks, but he is safe.
Its not like Paxton is some new, shiny, young Rep that is likely to be amazing.

@Djkeene1 Bullets do weird things, maybe no “magic bullet” weird, but still weird. I have no reason to doubt it didn’t happen the way it appears. Deflection is weird. If you’ve ever watched ballistic gelatin being shot, even those rounds go crazy sometimes.

@CGoble04 @jeffhunt I have no idea who he is, though I will agree that’s one if the worst things I’ve seen on here, and that’s saying a lot. I can’t imagine ordering a filet like that. I’d hope the the waitress would smack me for even trying. Rare/medium rare, leaning towards rare, is optimal.

Good. I hope the planes are being prepped, ordnance is being loaded and crews are getting ready. I hope they launch with transponders on just so they can see he’s serious (turn them off once they’re feet wet). I bope the missions gets cancelled before ordnance is expended, but them in the air, enroute is good for them to see.
